The accommodation is in a quiet district with villas, only 800 metres from the sea. The road that leads to the villa has little traffic and ends in a cul-de-sac.

The villa, refurbished in 2019, has a garden and offers views of the sea and of the romantic historic centre of Cervos. The holiday house consists of two separate residential units, each with their own garden. The upper residential area measures about 90m². The light apartment comprises two bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen with a dining room and two bathrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and in the other there are two single beds (190 x 90cm), which can be joined together. In the light living room you can find a double sofa bed (160 cm wide), a green reading corner and a flatscreen television with a satellite receiver. This leads into the kitchen and the dining space with a beautiful view into the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and German coffee machine, a large fridge and freezer, a kettle, toaster and microwave. The big bathroom has a washbasin, a shower bath, WC and bidet, while the smaller bathroom has a shower, a WC and a washbasin. Both bathrooms have windows. A washing machine is available outside and free Wi-Fi is available where the keys are handed over.

A terrace door opens out onto the garden with olive and lemon trees. In the fenced garden there is an inviting and cosy seating corner for reading. Two sun loungers are provided for relaxing, as well as garden furniture and a gas grill for ambient grill evenings. The large roof terrace opens up a view of the green inland countryside, olive groves, the idyllic historic centre and the sea. A private parking space is provided directly in front of the villa.

The lower apartment of around 45m² with a separate garden can be booked in addition for 2 to 4 guests (see no. 983316).

Cervo is one of Italy's most beautiful villages and lies between the famous seaside resorts of Diano Marina and Alassio, on the sunny Ligurian coast. A supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank, a kiosk, bars and pizzerias are just a seven-minute walk or a two-minute drive away. The enchanting area is not only very suitable for a seaside holiday, but also offers impressive views on hikes or bike tours in the nearby inland area. The new cycle path right along the sea from San Lorenzo to Sanremo (about 27 km), laid on the former railway line, is also highly recommended.
