The 4-room house offers a spacious layout of 116 square meters. On the upper floor, you will find a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a dining table, leading out to a balcony. There are two rooms, each equipped with a comfortable French bed (160 cm), and an additional room with a bed (120 cm). The house also features a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and access to the balcony.

During your vacation, you can enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), and a private patio area with terrace furniture. The maximum capacity of the house is 7 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Other Information
The Casa Maria (DOL135) property offers practical furnishings and boasts a beautiful view of the countryside and the ocean. Please note that there is no heating option available. Additionally, you will need to provide your own arrangement for towels during your stay.
