Everything was perfect: beautiful house with wifi, swimming pool maintained and clean. The bedding was good; the air conditioning worked very well. Two very nice bathrooms. The house is a 5-minute walk from the fine sand beach and 3 minutes from a pebble beach. The place is quiet and 10 minutes by car from the city. Beautiful moments spent with family.
Tout était parfait : belle maison avec wifi, piscine entretenue et propre. La literie était bonne; la climatisation marchait très bien. Deux très belles salle de bain. La maison se trouve à 5 min à pieds de la plage au sable fin et à 3 min d'une plage avec des cailloux. L' Endroit est calme et à 10 min en voiture de la ville. Beaux moments passés en famille.

Coming to spend 15 days of vacation with friends and our respective children, everyone felt at ease in this large and magnificent villa. Perfectly furnished, everything is well thought out! Nothing is missing (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.)
In addition to the very beautiful and large swimming pool, the exterior is superb when everything lights up in the evening in the garden; very pleasant atmosphere to spend the evenings.
The house is well located geographically 5 minutes walk from a pretty cove and amenities are quite close by car.

In addition, the owner of the villa is a very friendly, interesting person who speaks French very well and who was efficient, accommodating and available.

Venus passer 15 jours de vacances avec des amis et nos enfants respectifs, tout le monde s’est senti à l’aise dans cette grande et magnifique villa.
Parfaitement aménagée, tout est bien pensé ! Il ne manque rien (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, climatisation …)
En plus de la très belle et grande piscine, l’extérieur est superbe lorsque tout s’éclaire le soir dans le jardin ; ambiance très agréable pour passer les soirées.
La maison est bien située géographiquement à 5mns à pied d’une jolie crique et les commodités sont assez proches en voiture.
De plus, l’environnement est magnifique avec ses sentiers de promenade qui longent la mer.
Par ailleurs, le propriétaire de la villa est une personne très sympathique, intéressante qui parle très bien le français et qui s’est montré efficace, arrangeant et disponible.
Pour conclure, c’est une belle adresse où l’on a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Very clean and tidy chalet. The owner very friendly. Too bad I don't put the sheets (covid) and you have to bring them yourself. It also does not have a clothesline. Being in an urbanization, you need the car to go anywhere. There are no stores to buy, you have to go to town. And the beaches in the area are made of stones. The perfect chalet. L'Ametlla de Mar is a town that has nothing. Ugly town and a lot of immigration.
Chalet muy limpio y ordenado. La propietaria muy amable. Lástima q no ponga las sábanas( covid) y tienes que traértelas tú. Tampoco dispone de tendedero. Al estar en una urbanización, necesitas el coche para ir a cualquier sitio. No hay tiendas para comprar, hay q ir al pueblo. Y las playas de la zona, son de piedras. El chalet perfecto.
L' Ametlla de Mar es un pueblo que no tiene nada. Pueblo feo y mucha inmigración.

Charming Tenants House in accordance with the announcement, spacious, nice swimming pool. The sea is a 5 minute walk in a lovely cove sheltered from the wind0 It takes the car to go shopping (10 minutes) there are no shops around.

We had a lovely stay Mr Barco speaks French, which is very nice for French people coming to his house The house is like the announcement, the place is quiet, the train is absolutely not embarrassing And the small cove at 200 meters walk is very good

Mr Barco was quite helpful and friendly. Nice amenities and a great location. Just a dishwasher worries during one week ... lack of dishes also for a villa up to 10 people max not enough cutlery, glasses for 6 !!! Caution also at the neighbor's dog who repeatedly disrupted our mornings !!! Keep very good memories ....
Mr Barco était très disponible et sympathique. De belles prestations et une belle situation. Juste un soucis de lave-vaisselle durant 1 semaine... manque de vaisselle également pour une villa allant jusqu'à 10 personnes maxi pas assez de couverts, de verres pour 6 !!!
Attention également au chien du voisin qui a plusieurs reprises a perturbé nos petits matins !!!

Beautiful and clean house completely match the photos, quiet and ideal place to stay with family near the sandy coves. Warm welcome and the owner speaks French and very friendly! We will probably return next year.
