Pretty house, ideally located near the beaches of Ametlla de mar. Very pleasant swimming pool, perfectly maintained, with all around dining area, relaxation, plus the outdoor shower and barbecue. Clean interior, sufficient comfort and equipment, mosquito nets and air conditioning. On the other hand, rather for 8: 4 bedrooms. We were well received by Raul and the day of departure went perfectly with his dad. Thank you both for the exchanges and advice. Highly recommended, the country is beautiful. We spent a dream vacation as a family, 3 generations!
Jolie maison, idéalement placée près des plages d'Ametlla de mar. Piscine très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec tout autour coin repas, détente, le plus la douche extérieure et le barbecue.
Intérieur propre, confort et équipement suffisant, moustiquaires et climatisation. Par contre plutôt pour 8 : 4 chambres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Raul et le jour du départ c'est parfaitement passé avec son papa.
Merci à tous les deux pour les échanges et les conseils. Recommandé plus plus, le pays est magnifique. Nous avons passé en famille, 3 générations, des vacances de rêve !
It is a spacious house. Spacious garden. Everything is there. We had a good holiday. We came with 7 people. And 2 dogs. Mr Raul was very helpful and friendly. Easy to reach. It is our first experience with media holidays

A very welcoming stay, both because of the property, which appears to be equipped with every detail in mind, and because of the owners, who have really shown themselves to be very hospitable and respectful. It's a shame to end the stay already.

Everything was perfect: beautiful house with wifi, swimming pool maintained and clean. The bedding was good; the air conditioning worked very well. Two very nice bathrooms. The house is a 5-minute walk from the fine sand beach and 3 minutes from a pebble beach. The place is quiet and 10 minutes by car from the city. Beautiful moments spent with family.
Tout était parfait : belle maison avec wifi, piscine entretenue et propre. La literie était bonne; la climatisation marchait très bien. Deux très belles salle de bain. La maison se trouve à 5 min à pieds de la plage au sable fin et à 3 min d'une plage avec des cailloux. L' Endroit est calme et à 10 min en voiture de la ville. Beaux moments passés en famille.

Beautiful house with a very beautiful exterior, the stay was perfect. The only negative point is the proximity to the road but you end up getting used to it and no longer paying attention.

House as advertised. It is pleasant to live. The exterior is great with its beautiful swimming pool, outdoor shower and covered terrace: we spent most of our time there. Possibility of entering 2 cars in the yard. Interesting area to visit. Last positive point and not least... Mr Barco is very friendly, welcoming and available if needed. A big thank-you !

Elle est agréable vivre. L'extérieur est top avec sa belle piscine, sa douche extérieure et sa terrasse couverte: nous y avons passé l'essentiel de notre temps.
Possibilité de rentrer 2 voitures dans la cour.

I recommend this rental for a relaxing stay not overlooked in a very beautiful and above all family house. Eva and her husband are lovely people. The slightest problem with the house and they are there.
I think next year we'll take it back if it's still available.
Je recommande cette location pour un séjour détente aucun vis à vis une maison très belle et surtout familiale. Eva et son mari sont des personnes adorables. Le moindre souci avec la maison et ils sont là.

A wonderful, lovely villa in an ultra clean and very charming setting. A real favorite. There were 22 of us and the villa is perfectly thought out, decorated, equipped and impeccably clean. The service is TOP!!! The owner very accommodating on schedules and takes time for arrival and departure. The swimming pool and the private jacuzzi are pleasant (even if fresh for the season). Close to very beautiful beaches and small village. We left on Salou in 25min by TAXI (Easy to find and cheap). We recommend without hesitation!!

Nous étions 22 et la villa est parfaitement pensée, décorée, équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le service est TOP !!! Le propriétaire très arrangeant sur les horaires et prend le temps pour l'arrivée et le départ. La piscine et le jacuzzi privé sont agréable (même si fraiche pour la saison). Proche des très belles plages et de petit village. Nous sommes sorti sur Salou en 25min en TAXI ( Facile à trouver et pas cher). Nous recommandons sans hésitation!!
Coming to spend 15 days of vacation with friends and our respective children, everyone felt at ease in this large and magnificent villa. Perfectly furnished, everything is well thought out! Nothing is missing (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.)

The house is well located geographically 5 minutes walk from a pretty cove and amenities are quite close by car.

Venus passer 15 jours de vacances avec des amis et nos enfants respectifs, tout le monde s’est senti à l’aise dans cette grande et magnifique villa.
Parfaitement aménagée, tout est bien pensé ! Il ne manque rien (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, climatisation …)
En plus de la très belle et grande piscine, l’extérieur est superbe lorsque tout s’éclaire le soir dans le jardin ; ambiance très agréable pour passer les soirées.
La maison est bien située géographiquement à 5mns à pied d’une jolie crique et les commodités sont assez proches en voiture.
De plus, l’environnement est magnifique avec ses sentiers de promenade qui longent la mer.
Par ailleurs, le propriétaire de la villa est une personne très sympathique, intéressante qui parle très bien le français et qui s’est montré efficace, arrangeant et disponible.
Pour conclure, c’est une belle adresse où l’on a passé de très bonnes vacances.

The property corresponds in all respects to the photos. Superb very clean swimming pool, be careful this one is not secure. The terrace and the garden are very pleasant. The interior is very rustic but we only used the kitchen which is very functional. the dishwasher is very practical a baby chair, a plus. In some rooms, the bedding could be improved but the whole is more than positive and Mr. Raul Barco is very available and very friendly. Mandelli family of 25.
Le bien correspond en tout point aux photos. Superbe piscine très propre, attention celle ci n’est pas sécurisée. La terrasse ainsi que le jardin sont très agréables. L’intérieur est très rustique mais nous n’avons utilisé que la cuisine qui est bien fonctionnelle.
le lave vaisselle est bien pratique une chaise pour bébé, un plus. Dans certaines chambres, la literie serait à améliorer mais l’ensemble est plus que positif et M Raul Barco est très disponible et très sympathique.
