Splendid 516sqf apartment in a luxury 5 ★ Residence ideally located at the start of the Bossonnet ski lifts in La Clusaz and just a few hundred meters from the village amenities.

The "Luxueux T2" is composed as follows:
- Living room with double sofa bed, flat-screen TV
- sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, separated from the corridor by a curtain
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- Kitchen area opening onto the living room, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and granite vanity unit
- Separate toilet
- A south-facing balcony (or terrace if flat is on level 1) with views of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.

The living room, with its large bay window, opens onto a terrace of around 107sqf for flats on the 1st floor, or onto a 64sqf balcony for those on the upper floors. All flats face due south, with views of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.

As this flat is located in a top-of-the-range luxury residence, you will have access to the residence's wellness area (swimming pool-sauna) . A 45-minute session must be booked the day before for the following day.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.
