This new apartment of 58 m² (fitted PMR), is located on the 1st floor with a balcony facing the parking side of the residence. It can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 that can be pushed together and dressing room, a a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. You will also enjoy a 14m² balcony with terrace furniture and a private parking space. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
