We had a great stay in La Rochelle. The apartment was great, the fan was a plus and the terrace is very nice because it is well equipped. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very functional. It is very well located, not far from the center and the train station. I recommend 100%.

I recommend it for a couple. view of the port des minimes, small shop just below the rental, 40 minutes walk from the 2 towers of La Rochelle, 20 minutes if you take the maritime bus. thank you for the good advice from the owner for outings in La Rochelle and the surrounding area and restaurants.

proche du port des Minimes, de la plage et de restaurants sympas et assez diversifiés.
pour rejoindre le vieux port de la Rochelle, c'est très facile à pieds ou en bateau ( petite balade bien agréable)
et que dire sur l'accueil qui nous a été fait si ce n'est que cette dernière fut très agréable avec une personne qui est d'un professionnalisme, d'une amabilité et d'une grande gentillesse.
tout était au rendez vous et l'on ne peut que conseiller cette location à qui désire passer un séjour agréable.

Pleasant, functional and well decorated studio. The terrace is also very pleasant. We had a very good stay in the beautiful city of La Rochelle. We are thinking of coming back and re-renting this studio.

Nice and very quiet studio but the view on the Quai Valin (as shown in the picture with the boats) you will only see from the sidewalk and not from the studio. A sea view (or the boats) is just what I like. Maybe I should have read better.
Mooi en zeer rustig gelegen studio maar het zicht op de Quai Valin (zoals op de foto met de boten) krijg je pas vanop de stoep te zien en dus niet vanuit de studio. Een zicht op zee (of de boten) is net hetgeen ik graag heb.

The person who received us for the condition of the place is very friendly, punctual and gives you information about possible places to visit. I would recommend this location.

Small attic studio on the 6th floor, bright, well equipped, clean, sleeping in comfortable BZ. Small drawbacks: missing a mini oven and decoration a little dated. Residence well located (port des minimes), quiet, with digicode and elevators, box garage in the basement. If you want to take advantage of the beach (close to the rental), you can take a bathing suit. The owner is responsive and attentive. Good service.

Résidence bien située (port des minimes) , calme, avec digicode et ascenseurs, box garage en sous-sol. Si vous désirez profiter de la plage (proche de la location) prévoyez des chaussures de baignade, c'est indispensable. Le propriétaire est réactif et à l'écoute. Bonne prestation.
