We had a great stay in this house near the beach in Molliets; this cottage was completely in line with the description of the advertisement and met our expectations. The contacts with the owner and her welcome were warm and friendly.

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home from the very beginning - that's how you imagine a holiday home to be. It is excellently equipped and nothing is missing. It is very centrally located but still very quiet. There is a private parking lot right in front of the house. The beach is just a few steps away and 2 supermarkets, bakeries and several restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Many thanks to Marie Thérèse for the friendly welcome, we would love to come back. In Moliets there are many surfers and bodyboarders as well as 2 supervised beach areas. The waves and currents are sometimes relatively strong, so that at high tide small children can no longer swim. Nearby is the Lac de Léon, which is ideal for SUP. In the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve you can go on a very nice circular hike, which you can start right from the holiday apartment. There is also a well-developed network of cycle paths and a mini golf course. Trips to Biarritz, Bayonne and Capbreton are worthwhile. In high season, however, the journey takes a little longer and parking is difficult. We parked a little outside the center and then tookrode my bike into the city center.
Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt so stellt man sich ein Ferienhaus vor. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und 2 Supermärkte, Bäckereien und etliche Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Marie Thérèse für die freundliche Aufnahme, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Im Moliets gibt es viele Surfer und Bodyboarder sowie 2 überwachte Strandabschnitte. Die Wellen und Strömung sind zum Teil relativ stark, so dass bei Flut kleinere Kinder nicht mehr baden können. In der Nähe ist der Lac de Léon, der ideal zum SUP fahren ist. Im Naturschutzgebiet Courant d'Huchet kann man eine sehr schöne Rundwanderung machen, bei der man direkt an der Ferienwohnung loslaufen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz und einen Minigolfplatz. Lohnenswert sind Ausflüge nach Biarritz, Bayonne und Capbreton. In der Hauptsaison dauert die Fahrt allerdings etwas länger und Parken ist schwierig. Wir haben etwas außerhalb des Zentrums geparkt und sind dann mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt gefahren.

This mobile home is ideally located on the campsite: near the swimming pool, the playground and the toilets. It is comfortable, well equipped, very clean and well laid out. We had a great stay where it was very easy to relax thanks to the hammock, deckchairs and the large and well-protected terrace. Our grandchildren particularly appreciated the bikes available (and the tandem too!!!). Mr. Ibon is an easily reachable, friendly owner. We are delighted with our vacation.

Il est confortable, bien équipé, très propre et bien agencé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour où il a été très facile de se détendre grâce au hamac, transats et à la terrasse grande et bien protégé.
Nos petits enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les vélos à disposition (et le tandem aussi!!!).
Mr. Ibon est un propriétaire facilement joignable, sympathique.

We had a pleasant week, the accommodation is functional, very well equipped and well exposed (that is to say that it remains cool despite the heat) and very well located, the shops are 10 minutes away on foot. The outdoor space is very pleasant, sunny and with shaded areas. The area is very quiet and we appreciated the proximity of the supervised beach. Very warm welcome, we warmly thank the owners.
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, le logement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et bien exposé (c'est à dire qu'il reste frais malgré la chaleur) et très bien situé, les commerces sont à 10 minutes à pied. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, ensoleillé et avec des parties ombragées. Le quartier est très calme et nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage surveillée. Très bon accueil, nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires.
We are completely satisfied with this rental. The apartment is spacious, clean, well laid out and very well equipped. The small garden and terrace are very pleasant too. The location is very convenient, close to shops and the beaches of the lake and the ocean. It is rather quiet as a bonus. Koldo and Monica were really responsive when we had a water heater problem and offered to stay longer as compensation. The messages we exchanged with them were always very friendly. So we are very satisfied with this rental and we hope to come back next time :)

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Le petit jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables aussi. L'emplacement est bien pratique, proche des commerces et des plages du lac et de l'océan. Il est plutôt calme en prime.
Koldo et Monica ont été vraiment réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème de chauffe-eau et nous ont proposé de rester plus longtemps en dédommagement. Les échanges par messages avec eux ont toujours été très sympathiques.
Donc nous sommes très satisfait de cette location et nous espérons y revenir une prochaine fois :)

Very nice contact with the landlord and quick answers to questions from the portal. Absolutely no problems. The mobile home was clean when we took it over and was also practically furnished and equipped (vacuum cleaner, Senseo machine, electric grill, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment). The covered terrace was great and the parking space for the car directly in front of the accommodation was also very practical. There were also very friendly employees at the campsite who were happy to help if we had any questions. Be careful with the bed linen - it is common here to use a large blanket! Supervised swimming at the lake or in the pools was possible. The beaches on the Atlantic (8 - 10 km) were easily accessible and there were no parking fees. The entertainment for children and young people was mainly held in French. But it was always well attended. Conclusion: We liked it a lot and anyone who knows camping will like this mobile home. It is right next to the boules court and is only a 3-minute walk from reception. We didn't lack anything. A clear recommendation - also for the portal.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie auch schnelle Antworten auf Fragen vom Portal. Absolut keine Probleme. Das Mobilheim war sauber in der Übernahme und ist auch praktisch eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet (Staubsauger, Senseo-Maschine, Elektro-Grill, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach). Die überdachte Terasse war prima und auch der Stellplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft war sehr praktisch. Auf dem Campingplatz gab es auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die gerne weitergeholfen haben, falls mal Fragen waren. Achtung bei der Bettwäsche - hier ist es üblich eine große Decke zu verwenden! Überwachtes Baden am See oder auch in den Pools war gut möglich. sowie bei den Stränden am Atlantik (8 - 10 km) waren gut erreichbar und es gab hier keinerlei Parkgebühren. Die Animation für Kinder oder Jugendliche wurde überwiegend in Französisch abgehalten. War aber auch immer gut besucht. Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wer Camping kennt, wird dieses Mobile Home mögen. Es liegt direkt am Boule-Platz und ist fussläufig nur 3 Minuten von der Rezeption entfernt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung - auch für das Portal.

The location was perfect, close to the beach. The house was big enough for 5 people (3 adults, 2 teenagers), but there was room for more beds. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. We used a small terrace behind the house every day. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating, and very easy to reach. The house was clean and well-maintained.
Die Lage war perfekt in Strandnähe. Das Häuschen war ausreichend groß für 5 Personen (3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager), es gab aber noch mehr Bettplätze. Im Haushalt gab es alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Eine kleine Terrasse hinter dem Haus haben wir täglich genutzt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, und sehr leicht erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt.
We can only recommend this rental, we had a more than perfect stay! The accommodation is ideally located (you can easily do everything on foot or by bike) and the services are more than up to par (wifi, 2 televisions, 160 cm bed, air conditioning, electric shutters and skylights, and so on) . It's quite simple, we have never benefited from such a level of equipment in a previous rental, especially for the price which is very affordable. The owner is attentive and very kind! We will come back without any hesitation, perhaps even as early as the next summer season. I would therefore more than highly recommend this accommodation for your future vacation!
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location, nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé (on peut facilement tout faire à pied ou à vélo) et les prestations sont plus qu'à la hauteur (wifi, 2 télévisions, lit en 160, clim, volets et vélux électriques, et j'en passe). C'est bien simple nous n'avons jamais bénéficié d'un tel niveau d'équipement dans une ancienne location surtout pour le prix qui est des plus abordable. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation peut-être même dès la prochaine saison estivale. Je recommanderais donc plus que fortement ce logement pour vos futures vacances !

We stayed as a family in this beautiful, large house. The house is in a top location just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the town center. Despite its central location, this side street is pleasantly quiet. The modern house was very spacious, well equipped, very well maintained and attractive inside and out. The two terraces are a real added value. Strollers, surfboards or bicycles can be safely parked. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We would like to come back.
Wir waren als Familie in diesem wunderschönen, großen Haus. Das Haus befindet sich in Top Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem Ortskern entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in dieser Seitenstraße angenehm ruhig. Das moderne Haus war sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet, innen sowie außen sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Die beiden Terrassen sind ein echter Mehrwert. Kinderwagen, Surfbrett oder Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
