A very functional and well equipped kitchen with a cast iron cocotte cooking casseroles (with food intolerances, it is important!). We keep our favorites in this apartment for another stay ...
Appartement très agréable, où tout parent appréciera que l'espace de vie soit bien délimité de celui du coucher, avec un étage et une porte qui les sépare.
Une cuisine très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, avec une cocote en fonte pour cuisiner des plats mijotés (ayant des intolérances alimentaires, c'est important !).

This apartment was very good, clean and provided with all we needed. The owner was there like we've agreed. Good explanation of the goings in the apartment and in La Baulle. Very central situated apartment. Very good place for a holiday with a great view to the beach.

We had a very good stay with our 2 grown children at Maurice and Catherine's, the house is very well equipped, and completely renovated, ideally located 10 minutes walk from a beach. As described in the ad and Maurice gave us lots of information on good addresses. We will definitely be back! THANKS Best wishes
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 grands enfants chez Maurice et Catherine, la maison est très bien équipée, et tout refais à neuf, idéalement située à 10 mn à pied d'une plage.

Location very well located, no associated parking but it is quite easy to park around on free places. Bright apartment, sufficiently equipped. Small flat on the cleaning but we discussed it with the owner to listen. The latter is very pleasant, very available, accommodating and gives good advice. I will come back with pleasure.
Location très bien située, pas de parking associé mais il est assez simple de se garer aux alentours sur des places gratuites.
Appartement lumineux, suffisamment équipé. Petit bémol sur le ménage mais nous en avons discuté avec le propriétaire à l'écoute. Ce dernier est très agréable, très disponible, arrangeant et de bons conseils.
