This is a small, bright and clean apartment with lovely terrace overlooking the Somme Bay. It is in a residential area about 20 mins from le Crotoy centre and we didn't find any local shops - best to shop in advance.
I think 4 persons (2 would sleep on sofa bed in main room) would find the space tight. The toilet is on the floor below the large bathroom which is a little inconvenient, particularly negotiating the stairs at night.
I would suggest that the owners should consider upgrading the crockery and cooking utensils which would give a higher rating. Most people choose self catering because they want the flexibility of cooking for themselves rather than using restaurants all the time.
French owned, this is possibly more geared to French holidaymakers. For us, it was an easy drive from Calais and we found some excellent restaurants in the area. The owners were very helpful.
Functional and ideally located apartment. Facing the bay, very quiet. A plus, private parking in the park. Very courteous and responsive owner. My daughter goes back every year. I highly recommend.

Apartment very well located from where you can see the seals basking...a little far but with a good telephoto lens it is doable. Very quiet building and 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Apartment in line with what I expected: located on the ground floor with secure parking in front of the building, maximum comfort inside, terrace at the back with lawn and direct view of the bay of Crotoy. To advice.

Nicely decorated and very well equipped apartment. We didn't miss anything. We were 4 with two young children and everything was very good (cot, bedding, duvets, pillows, dishes, kitchen utensils, garden furniture, etc.) Unobstructed view of the bay, really very pleasant. Perfect location in a very quiet area and not far from the shops (maybe 10 minutes on foot). A bad little point for the mattress of the double bed which we found too firm. Otherwise nothing to say!
Appartement joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Nous étions 4 avec deux enfants en bas âge et tout était très bien (lit parapluie, literie, couettes, oreillers, vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine, salon de jardin, etc.)
Vue dégagée sur la baie, vraiment très agréable. Emplacement parfait dans un coin très calme et non loin des commerces (peut-être 10 minutes à pied).
Un mauvais petit point pour le matelas du lit deux places que nous avons trouvé trop ferme.
Sinon rien à redire !

Spacious accommodation, very well equipped, ideally located in a quiet residence. (only one accommodation occupied during our stay) As we did not have a vehicle, we greatly appreciated the presence of bicycles, which moreover had motivated our choice. The television screen is small for our taste, WIFI very appreciable. Small inconvenience at the level of the bedroom and the bathroom which are upstairs and the toilets downstairs. This accommodation is therefore suitable for people who have no difficulty going up and down stairs. Clean accommodation but nothing more. Smell of urine in the toilets difficult to fade, dirty and scaled-up kettle, dirty kitchen tablecloth, lots of dust and uncleaned terrace (spots on the floor, cobwebs all over the place..... ).
Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, idéalement situé dans une résidence calme. (un seul logement occupé lors de notre séjour)
Comme nous n'avions pas de véhicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence des vélos, ce qui d'ailleurs avait motivé notre choix.
L'écran de télévision petit à notre goût, WIFI très appréciable .
Petit inconvénient au niveau de la chambre et de la salle de bain qui sont en à l'étage et les WC en bas. Ce logement est donc adapté aux personnes n'ayant pas de difficulté à monter et descendre des escaliers.
Logement propre mais sans plus. Odeur d'urine dans les WC difficile à estomper, bouilloire sale et entartrée, la nappe de la table de cuisine sale, beaucoup de poussière et terrasse non nettoyée (tâches au sol , toiles d'araignées un peu de partout.....).
We had a great stay in this pretty, very comfortable rental, very clean bedding, protections on the pillows and mattresses. There is absolutely nothing missing in terms of dishes, moreover the dishwasher and the washing machine are assets. We came with our 2 little girls who were able to enjoy the sea view with direct access to the beach through a small gate. The rental is near the port, the children's park, we did everything on foot. private parking is also an asset. We will come back to this and especially thank you to Madame L. for her kindness.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie location très confortable, literie très propre, protections sur les oreillers et les matelas. Il ne manque absolument rien niveau vaisselle de plus le lave vaisselle ainsi que le lave linge sont des atouts. Nous sommes venus avec nos 2 petites filles qui ont pu profiter de la vue mer avec un accès direct à la plage par un petit portillon. La location est à proximité du port, du parc pour enfants, nous avons tout fait à pieds. le parking privé est également un atout. Nous y reviendrons et surtout merci à Madame L. pour sa gentillesse.
The apartment is very pleasant to live in. The bedding is very comfortable (even the sofa bed in the living room). The dishes are suitable and nothing is missing. It is very well located, the view of the bay is very pleasant. With binoculars, you can even see the seals basking on the sandbanks. The welcome from the owner is perfect. A very good stay.
L'appartement est très agréable à vivre. La literie est très confortable (même le canapé-lit du séjour). La vaisselle est adaptée et il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, la vue sur la baie est très agréable. Avec des jumelles, on peut même voir les phoques qui se prélassent sur les bancs de sable.
L'accueil de la propriétaire est parfait. Un très bon séjour.

Nothing to say, perfect stay in the Baie de Somme. The apartment is quiet and spacious, nicely decorated, even better than in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. Located 800m from the center of Crotoy, facing the bay, very practical for going to do some shopping on foot in the village. L'appartement est calme et spacieux, joliment décoré, encore mieux que sur les photos.
La cuisine est très bien équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles.
Situé à 800m du centre du Crotoy, face à la baie, bien pratique pour aller faire quelques courses à pied dans le bourg.

We stayed for a week in Charline's apartment this September. We were greeted by Mrs. Charline with kind attention. Charming and helpful owner. The accommodation is perfect, spacious, clean, quiet with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Close to the center of Crotoy, you can leave your vehicle in the space reserved in the property (a big plus since parking in the streets is chargeable!). You will enjoy the magnificent view and the breathtaking sunsets both from the terrace and the garden, as well as from the kitchen and the living room! We highly recommend this apartment. Le logement est parfait, spacieux, propre, au calme avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un magnifique séjour. Proche du centre du Crotoy, vous pourrez laisser votre véhicule sur la place réservée dans la propriété ( gros plus vu que le parking dans les rues est payant!). Vous profiterez de la magnifique vue et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle aussi bien de la terrasse et du jardin, que de la cuisine et du salon ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
