The 37 m² area is divided into a living room, an independent kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room also has access to a cosy balcony equipped with a table and chairs, which offers a fantastic view of the nearby skyscrapers. The bedroom has a desk that can be used as a remote workspace. Full kitchen and bathroom facilities (such as a washing machine, microwave and ironing equipment) make the flat self-sufficient, while multimedia (a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access) provide entertainment. A great asset of the flat is the air conditioning, taking care of the right temperature in the rooms. To make the start of each stay easier, the flat comes with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen.
