Location:
Villa Neus is situated on the south east coast of the island, in the residential area Binixica. All local amenities (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy) are less than 5 minutes drive away in the small village of San Clemente. Popular south coast beaches, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Punta Prima, are within 10 minutes by car, and the white sand bay o at Cala'n Porter can be reached within 5 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.
Exterior:
The front garden is a fruit and vegetable patch and the round swimming pool, which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a small grass lawn, is in the main garden which is at the back of the property. There is a shaded porch with table and chairs with direct access to the lounge and a stone barbeque for outdoor dining. The back garden is completely private and is an ideal spot for relaxing and sunbathing.

The villa has been furnished with basic yet comfortable furniture and all rooms are distributed on ground level:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
