This charming 50 m² duplex is ideal for discovering one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city, the Santa Catalina neighborhood in Palma de Mallorca. It has three levels, the first at street level has an American kitchen on the left, fully equipped. Right next to it they have a small but complete bathroom with shower and in front of the entrance there is a sofa with a plasma TV and a dining table for 4 people. To the right of the entrance begins the staircase (without railing) to go up to the first floor. There is the double bed with a wardrobe and above which you can go up to a floor with another single bed. Another smart TV is hung on the wall in front of both beds.

It has internet access (wifi), air conditioning and heat pump heating.

If you need it, there is a covered car park in a nearby building, it is subject to availability and costs €16/night.

This small but fantastic duplex apartment is located in the heart of Palma, in the lively neighborhood of Santa Catalina. You will find all kinds of restaurants and at night all kinds of bars and pubs to celebrate and enjoy the Majorcan night. It is important to inform that despite being in the middle of the bustle, the apartment is located on a small street, very narrow and with no traffic. In the morning you can wander in the Santa Catalina market, a few steps from the apartment, visit a multitude of shops of all kinds, stroll along the Paseo Marítimo (or do sports activities) and/or relax in the Sa Feixina park.

NB: We do not offer cots for babies.

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not abiding by the norm you will be penalized.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.

-Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them quietly.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disturbing behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
