We welcome you to this beautiful apartment in the village, in a quiet residence, with all shops and services accessible on foot or by bike. You will appreciate the calm of the place, the proximity to all amenities, the secure parking and the quality of the services. An ideal vacation rental for a family stay... Located on the 1st floor, this modern and bright apartment also benefits from a 10m² covered terrace not overlooked, facing South East with garden furniture. It is composed :
a large air-conditioned living room with living room (flat screen TV, WIFI), dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood) , reversible air conditioning in the main room
2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90 cm beds which can be made into a 180 cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry (with washing machine). For your comfort, sheets and household linen (tea towels) are provided. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) can be provided on request. 4 bikes are available.

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
