The flat has recently been partially renovated so the furnishings are practically new and modern. It has two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed which can be turned into a double bed if desired. There is air conditioning in all the rooms and in the lounge, to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.
It is ideal for 4 people, occasionally on request we also accept 6 people as we have a sofa bed for two in the living room.
The HABITABLE TERRACE is the real added value to this cosy flat. Plenty of extra space you can spend a nice evening dining on the terrace (max. 6 people), or during the day sunbathe or simply relax while enjoying the view or reading a good book.....
