Discover this small 2-storey house, ideally located just a ten-minute walk from Place de l'Europe. This outbuilding is adjoined to the owner's main house, and she will be delighted to tell you all about the best places to eat and drink in the area.


There is an enclosed garden where you can park your car in complete safety, as well as a terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor table and a small set of garden furniture to enjoy the bright Montpellier sunshine.


On the ground floor, you'll find the living areas, including an open-plan kitchen with a bar, equipped with everything you need (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod machine), and a living room with a comfortable sofa and a connected TV. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a comfortable 140x190 bed. The bathroom has a large shower and electric towel dryer.
