On the third floor of a modern development, this light-filled apartment sleeps 4 people and would suit a family or friends. The apartment has a shaded balcony with a table and 4 chairs and stunning views out over the Mediterranean Sea. Here guests can relax and dine al fresco, enjoying "la dolce vita". The living/dining room has French windows onto the balcony, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The indoor dining table seats 4 people. It is next to the kitchenette which is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Sleeping
The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed and there is a bunk bed in the passageway.

Bathroom
The tiled bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet area of Ospedaletti, just a 6-minute drive from the heart of the picturesque town, with its charming cobbled streets, flower-filled gardens and excellent family-run restaurants. The town is close to several beautiful beaches with pristine water and many different activities.

The nearby town of Sanremo (15 minutes) is well-known for the Sanremo Music Festival which is held in late February or early March every year. It offers a wide variety of entertainment and sites.

For self-catering, Ospedaletti has a weekly market every Wednesday. Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables and fruit.

The closest airport is at Nice (France) which is a 55-minute drive. Genoa airport is 1 hour and 45 minutes from the apartment.
