Family Services:
If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Check-ins: Between 3 PM and 10 PM. Late arrivals will only be possible from the next day starting at 9:30 AM. Additional fees will apply if these times are not respected.
Early arrivals: Want to arrive before 3 PM? We will confirm this possibility only 24 hours in advance, and fees equivalent to 50% of a one-night stay may apply.
Late departures: If you wish to stay a little longer after the official check-out time, we will confirm this 24 hours in advance, and fees equivalent to 50% of a one-night stay may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €700 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect a cigarette smell after your stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit.
We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing facade restoration work for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for the situation and will not accept any claim for reimbursement for the inconvenience caused.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyright-protected works. Do not browse websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction caused by telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
