The villa matched the pictures and description. The view was fabulous and the terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The nearby beach was wide and child friendly. The owner, Daniela L., was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.
Exceeding expectations, kindness and availability of Daniela and Peppino are rare, the terrace always in the shadow in front of a sea with a view of 180 ° is not common. The tranquility and the right distance from the sea make this accommodation a real oasis. I hope to return very soon !!!

Super apartment. Very spacious and comfortable for 6 people with stunning views. Really close to the sea. The bay next to the house and 'beautiful and mostly uncrowded. This' has allowed the children to play bowls in rackets and football without disturbing the neighbors. Daniela & Co. are friendly and helpful.
Super appartamento. Molto spazioso e comodo per 6 persone con vista stupenda. Veramente vicino al mare. La baia accanto alla casa e' bella e soprattutto poco frequentata. Cio' ha permesso ai bambini di giocare a bocce a racchette e calcio senza disturbare i vicini. Daniela & Co sono gentili e disponibili.
Ideal location for relaxing holidays. The appartamnto has a beautiful view of the bay and San Nicola is relatively easy to reach the nearby beaches. Nothing to complain, Gargano always has its charm.

Very comfortable and spacious house. Giovanni is a wonderful person, kind and helpful. We had a really good time, cool house, space outside, quiet area with beautiful sea view and Vieste.

Giovanni is a very nice landlord and host. He seeks personal contact, speaks English and French and always helps when something is needed. He brought us homemade olive oil, a jar of olives from his own harvest and fresh figs from the property. On the last evening he organized a small party with all the tenants with karaoke and homemade pizza and lots of other good food. That was almost the best evening of our vacation for us. You are really surrounded by olive trees, pines, the sound of the sea and the chirping of crickets. You have your peace and a great view of the sea and Vieste. The furnishings in the house itself are not the newest and very spartan. A cover on the sofa would have been nice. The shower head was already a bit broken and everything in the kitchen was very old, some things were not usable (scratched pans, rusted peelers). The door lock was stuck. Something could be improved here and there. To be fair, we didn't bring these things up with him because we didn't really need them and didn't really bother us. I'm sure he would have left immediately otherwisetaken care of. He even provided us with an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. If you are not looking for luxury but want to enjoy a real, warm Italian atmosphere, Giovanni is the place for you :) We felt very comfortable. Thank you Giovanni!
Giovanni ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und Gastgeber. Er sucht den persönlichen Kontakt, spricht auch Englisch und Französisch und hilft immer wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Er hat uns selbstgemachtes Olivenöl vorbeigebracht, ein Glas Oliven aus eigener Ernte und frische Feigen vom Grundstück. Am letzten Abend hat er ein kleines Fest mit allen Mietern veranstaltet mit Karaoke und selbstgebackener Pizza und vielem anderen guten Essen. Das war für uns fast der beste Abend des Urlaubes. Man ist bei ihm wirklich umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Pinien, Meeresrauschen und Grillenzirpen. Man hat seine Ruhe und eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Vieste. Die Einrichtung im Haus selbst ist nicht die neueste und sehr spartanisch. Ein Bezug auf dem Sofa wäre nett gewesen. Der Duschkopf war auch schon etwas kaputt und in der Küche war alles sehr alt, teilweise waren Dinge nicht brauchbar (zerkratze Pfannen, verrostete Schäler). Das Schloss der Tür klemmte. Hier und da wäre etwas auszubessern. Fairer Weise muss man sagen, dass wir diese Dinge nicht bei ihm angesprochen haben weil wir sie nicht wirklich brauchten und uns nicht wirklich gestört haben. Ich bin mir sicher er hätte sich sonst sofort darum gekümmert. Er hat uns sogar mit einen Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder versorgt. Wer keinen Luxus sucht aber echte, herzliche italienische Atmosphäre genießen möchte ist bei Giovanni richtig :) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke dir Giovanni!
We stayed in 4 with our dog in one of the 4 portions of the villa. New house with patio and garden. Very comfortable outdoor barbecue. We have been fine. Recommended

Very quiet and great location. Owner has welcomed us very hospitably and is very helpful. One star less, because the apartment was not so clean. We enjoyed the time there and we really liked the outdoor shower.
Sehr ruhig und tolle Lage. Vermieter hat uns sehr gastfreundlich aufgenommen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Stern weniger, weil die Wohnung nicht so sauber war. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und sehr gefallen hat uns die Außendusche.
I stayed with my family in this beautiful villa close to the most beautiful beaches of the Gargano. The owner is a dependable person, he put us at ease and also helped by the fact that other accommodation in the complex was not rented at that time. we are sure that if we return to the winch we will surely be our first choice.
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima villetta vicinissima alle spiagge più belle del Gargano. Il proprietario è una persona affidabilissima, ci ha messo completamente a nostro agio e anche aiutato dal fatto che gli altri alloggi del complesso non erano affittati in quel periodo. siamo sicuri che se ritorneremo nel argano sarà sicuramente una nostra prima scelta.

Bella la location della villetta. Appartata con vista mare e panoramica di Vieste.Giovanni, il proprietario, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Non ci ha fatto mancare niente, anzi ha organizzato delle serate musicali per gli ospiti in vacanza. Unici nei le foto non corrispondevano, sono quelle di altre villette, e l'arredamento è molto spartano e minimalista. Complessivamente sono soddisfatto e tornerei volentieri.
We enjoyed the location of the villa among the olive trees overlooking the sea. We took advantage of the calm and refreshing shade afforded by the trees. The furniture of the house is simple, functional. Life happens mostly outside. The sanitary facilities work very well and the fridge and gas stove. However, it would be important to change two beds, rehabilitate sliding doors wardrobes in the rooms and replace some cooking utensils. In addition, we had to clean some of the drawers and cupboards on arrival before you unpack. Gargano region we loved ... I think we'll be back one day ..
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la villa au milieu des oliviers surplombant la mer. Nous avons profité du calme et de l'ombre rafraichissant que procure les arbres.
Le mobilier de la maison est simple, fonctionnel. La vie se passe le plus souvent à l'extérieur.
Les installations sanitaires fonctionnent très bien ainsi que le frigidaire et la cuisinière à gaz.
Cependant, il serait important de changer deux lits, de remettre en état les portes coulissantes des armoires dans les chambres et de remplacer quelques ustensiles de cuisine.
De plus, nous avons dû nettoyer une partie des tiroirs et armoires à notre arrivée avant d'y ranger nos affaires.
La région du Gargano nous a énormément plu... je pense que nous y retournerons un jour..

Ottimo per chi ama la tranquillità. Ottimo il panorama. Lo definirei un angolo di paradiso. Obbligatorio spostarsi in macchina per raggiungere il paese e/o le spiagge; circa 1500 mt. da Vieste e 450 mt. dalla spiaggia più vicina; il percorso verso la spiaggia si inerpica attraverso una falesia e la vasta proprietà, caratterizzata da ulivi secolari, è interamente recintata con duplice possibilità di accesso attraverso due cancellate. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del Sig. Giovanni.
Just lovely, ideal for those who love the quiet and freedom surrounded by nature but a stone's throw from the sea and the old town of Vieste, "Capital " Gargano. Familiar and informal, ideal for a holiday. John (The owner) is available and present for every problem and spends himself in everything to ensure a pleasant stay. Definitely worth repeating.
Semplicemente incantevole, ideale per chi ama vivere tranquillo e in libertà immerso nella natura ma a due passi dal mare e dal centro storico di Vieste, "Capitale" del Gargano. Ambiente famigliare e informale, ideale per una vacanza. Giovanni (Il proprietario) è a disposizione e presente per ogni problema e si prodiga in tutto per garantire un piacevole soggiorno.
