This apartment was very good, clean and provided with all we needed. The owner was there like we've agreed. Good explanation of the goings in the apartment and in La Baulle. Very central situated apartment. Very good place for a holiday with a great view to the beach.

We had a great welcome from the owners. The apartment is superb, renovated and immaculately clean. The location is ideal, sea view and 3 minutes walk from the beach! It's a nugget! Thanks again to the owners for their kindness and availability!

Here is the accommodation you need if you want to enjoy a beautiful view of the beach of La Baule It has a terrace allowing to eat there - There is every possible comfort with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Only downside: no wifi which did not bother us You will need to bring sheets and towels The owner is very nice and available We will surely come back

Apartment corresponding to the description. Owner very attentive. Good bedding. Good location, facing the sea and bedroom overlooking the garden. Finally, dishes and the important point is the garage because finding a place is a real challenge even at the end of August so no problem when returning from a walk and for the sea bath you cross with your towel. Another strong point: Quiet residence. Do not hesitate to rent from Monsieur S. for a stay in La Baule.
Appartement correspondant à la description. Propriétaire très à l écoute. Bonne literie. Situation bien, face mer et chambre sur jardin. Enfin de la vaisselle et le point important c'est le garage car vraiment trouver une place c'est un vrai défi même fin Août donc aucun souci en revenant de promenade et pour le bain de mer on traverse avec sa serviette. Un autre point fort : Résidence calme. Ne pas hésiter pour louer auprès de Monsieur S. pour un séjour à la Baule.

I am divided between telling everyone about it and keeping this address to myself :)! It is paradise ! the studio is very well appointed, nothing is missing, the owners are adorable and what about the view ... The vastness, the freedom ... Close by, a great seafood restaurant, 4 steps away, the city center, 5 to the market. In short, I will return if possible and without hesitation! Thank you !!!
Je suis partagée entre en parler à tout le monde et garder cette adresse pour moi toute seule :) ! C'est le paradis ! le studio est très bien aménagé, il ne manque rien, les propriétaires sont adorables et que dire de la vue... L'immensité, la liberté... A deux pas, un super resto de fruits de mer, à 4 pas, le centre ville, à 5 le marché. Bref, j'y retournerai si c'est possible et sans hésiter ! Merci !!!
Jewel located in front of the sea & 3 minutes walk from avenue de Gaulle (& 15 minutes walk from Baule Escoublac TGV station). Very well equipped apartment, very comfortable rapido bed with a large terrace facing the sea !! Very nice owners, attentive & accommodating !!!

Given the coronavirus, we contacted the owner 1 week before our vacation, and Mr S was able, with great kindness and availability, to find the solution to meet our request and thus have an excellent holiday in a very pleasant apartment, perfectly well maintained, with quality beds and household equipment, as well as a terrace with a splendid view facing the sea.
Compte tenu du coronavirus, nous avons contacté le propriétaire 1 semaine avant nos vacances, et Mr S a pu, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité, trouvé la solution pour satisfaire notre demande et ainsi passer d'excellentes vacances dans un appartement très agréable, parfaitement bien entretenu, avec des couchages et un équipement ménager de qualité, ainsi qu'une terrasse avec une vue splendide face à la mer.
