Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
The villa was a nice place, we enjoyed much to stay there. It is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea, supermarket and St. Maxime. The only thing we missed was WIFI.
The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable.
It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them.
The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.
I suggest a vacation in this apartment.
The owner is very kind and provide you all information needed for your stay.
Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
The villa is located in a quiet area with a very beautiful sea view. The property has everything you need for a nice relaxation (pool, table tennis, terrace with sea view, barbecue, etc.).
There is a pub and a small shop within a five minute to walk.
The villa owner is very helpful, which makes living in his property very pleasant.
We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant stay in Les Issambres, beautiful apartment, well laid out with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Very friendly owners. We highly recommend. The residence's snack bar is very good, access to beaches and shops on foot. We will come back with pleasure.

The best rental we have had in years. The landlord of incomparable kindness. The person who received us upon our arrival was great. Very, very well equipped villa. We were 2 couples, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet for each couple. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the garden is beautifully maintained. We highly recommend.

Elisabeth and Gisèle are very friendly. They are committed to satisfying holidaymakers. The accommodation on a large plot of land was perfect for us (couple with 3 children) consistent with the photos and description. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with a bathroom and air conditioning in each of them. The swimming pool is very pleasant with all the equipment to relax, many deckchairs around. Ideally located to be quiet but not far from the shops. Games are available. I recommend with my eyes closed.
Élisabeth et Gisèle sont très sympathiques. Elles ont à cœur de satisfaire les vacanciers. Le logement sur un grand terrain était parfait pour nous (couple avec 3 enfants) conforme aux photos et à la description. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses avec une salle d'eau et la climatisation dans chacune d'elles.
La piscine est très agréable avec tout le matériel pour se détendre, de nombreux transats autour. Idéalement situé pour être au calme mais pas très loin des commerces.
Des jeux sont à disposition.

Beautiful villa with all the comforts. Very clean house with all the optionals. Mrs. G. is very kind and helpful. The house is in a quiet and private area, with access to the beaches in a few minutes by car. The outside of the garden is very beautiful.

Nice little apartment, well equipped and very well located. In 5/10 minutes on foot you are at the port, at the beach, in the old town, at the supermarket. The owner is very kind and attentive if needed. We had a great holiday. Thank you!

Nadine's apartment is just magnificent, clean, convenient, very clean swimming pool, secure and magnificent residence ? all shops nearby, market, bus, port for shuttles with the boat ... strategic location to visit St Tropez, St Raphaël, ... lively town and magnificent beach 400 m away I thank Mrs. H. the owner, the welcome is just warm, we were really comfortable and we had a very very good vacation, we will come back next year and I highly recommend ? ? ? ? ?
