Very nice people to deal with. The apartment was well furnished . Nice rooftop terrace to sun bathe , bedrooms on lower level are nice and cool. Just what one needs after a hot day. Handy for the beach and village. Would book again, no problem . Big thanks to Peggy for her help .
Very nice apartment, clean and well located, everything you need to have a good stay on this beautiful island, where there are so many things to see and do! The apartment is modest but well equipped, sea view from the small terrace, shops and useful services nearby, beautiful uncrowded swimming pool. We had a great stay there, the owner (whom I thank again) gave me lots of useful information, directions, advice. In short, I highly recommend this rental for a small family. The only small downside is that the bar and restaurant nearby are quite noisy in the evening, which is quite annoying if you go to bed early...
Appartement très sympa, propre et bien situé, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour sur cette ile magnifique, où il y a tant de choses à voir et à faire! L'appart est modeste mais bien équipé, vue sur mer de la petite terrasse, commerces et services utiles à proximité, belle piscine non surpeuplée.
On y a passé un très bon séjour, le propriétaire (que je remercie encore) m'a donné pleins d'informations utiles, indications, conseils. Bref, je recommande fortement cette location pour une petite famille.
Seul petit bémol, bar restaurant à proximité assez bruyant le soir, assez gênant si on dort tôt...
Great apartment, fully equipped, attentive owner, absolutely nothing is missing. Location wise it's perfect, supermarket, pharmacy, beach ten minutes walk away, swimming pools in the building really clean, quiet. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, everything was perfect, I recommend 100%.
Super appartement, tout équipé, propriétaire aux petits soins, il ne manque absolument rien.
Niveau emplacement c'est parfait, supermarché, pharmacie, plage à dix minutes à pied, piscines de l'immeuble vraiment propre, calme.
L'appartement est très confortable, propre, tout était parfait, je recommande a 100%.

Ideally placed for the beach. Our family (2 children) enjoyed the grandeur of the apartment, the French TV, the view from the terrace on the Teide on one side and the sea on the other.

Very nice apartment tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances. Bedding at the top. The situation of the apartment is ideal. The terrace is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay and are ready to return.

We enjoyed the beautiful spacious apartment. It is fully furnished and fully equipped, clean and well maintained. The apartment is in a beautiful complex, which is also well maintained. It is very easy that the supermarket is next to the complex. There is also a smooth connection to and from the airport, because the bus station is directly in front of the complex.
Wij hebben genoten van het mooie ruime appartement. Het is heel compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en goed onderhouden. Het appartement bevindt zich in een mooi complex, hetgeen ook netjes wordt onderhouden. Heel gemakkelijk is het dat de supermarkt naast het complex ligt. Ook is er een vlotte verbinding van en naar het vliegveld, doordat het busstation direct voor het complex ligt.

very nice apartment, well located. Problem of wifi connection in the apartment. What is annoying is to have no contact on site in case of problems. Mr. Barré is very friendly but not easy to settle something from France. Otherwise I had a nice stay with cherry on the cake carnival for 10 days

It is nice when you are on vacation to have such a nice apartment and also parking which is a luxury in the center of Los Cristianos. It is a bit noisy without being prohibitive. In a word as in a hundred: we will come back and for a longer period.
Que c'est agréable quand on est en vacances de disposer d'un si bel appartement et aussi d'un parking ce qui est un luxe dans le centre de Los Cristianos. C'est un peu bruyant sans être rédhibitoire. En un mot comme en cent: nous reviendrons et pour une plus longue période.

Spacious apartment, very well equipped with appliances, clean and very well located to do everything on foot. Good address. Reasonable and friendly owner who entrusted us with the keys before we even left.
Small remarks: - the sleeping area in the living room is not very comfortable and street noise a bit annoying - an umbrella or awning would be necessary on the terrace - be careful the toilets are not really separated because the partition does not go up and the bathroom gives directly in the bedroom.
Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé en électroménager, propre et très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds. Bonne adresse.
Propriétaire réactif et aimable qui nous a confié les clés avant même notre départ.
Petites remarques:
- le couchage dans le salon n'est pas très confortable et bruit de la rue un peu gênant
- un parasol ou store serait nécessaire sur la terrasse
- attention les toilettes ne sont pas vraiment séparés car la cloison ne va pas jusqu'en haut et la salle d'eau donne directement dans la chambre à coucher.
We will keep very good memories of this apartment very well equipped (nothing is missing), renovated with taste and quality. Its location is perfect in the heart of town and without nuisance, very quiet building. very nice pool, easy to park the car, bus station in front of the building, sea and beach in 10 minutes walk and lots of lovely walks in Tenerife. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Guy with whom we shared a great time. What good memories, thank you.
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet appartement fort bien équipé (il ne manque rien), rénové avec goût et de qualité. Sa situation est parfaite en cœur de ville et sans nuisance, immeuble très calme. Piscine très agréable, facilité de garer la voiture, station de bus en face de l'immeuble, mer et plage à 10 minutes à pied et plein de belles randonnées à Tenerife.
