Very clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated apartment with a beautiful sea view. The terrace is quite large and well appointed. The most, the sandy beach within 200 m walk. The residence is also very well maintained. The small port of Portisco is very nice, but provide a vehicle for the races and walks in the vicinity. The welcome was a little fast, but we do not speak Italian. Ask where the electric meter is (not easy to find) if there is a problem. The apartment is small for 4 adults but superb. You can rent your eyes closed!
Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et joliment décoré avec une très belle vue de mer. La terrasse est assez grande et bien aménagée. Le plus, la plage de sable à 200 m à pied. La résidence est elle aussi très bien entretenue. Le petit port de Portisco est très agréable, mais prévoir un véhicule pour les courses et balades aux alentours. L'accueil a été un peu rapide, mais nous ne parlons pas l'italien. Demander où se trouve le compteur électrique (pas facile à trouver) en cas de problème. L'appartement est petit pour 4 adultes mais superbe. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés !
The house is very nice, treated furnishings. We stayed there for a week in late August .. amazing .. all the landscape, the proximity of the beaches. Why do not you come back again next year? We're doing a little thought.
La casa è molto carina, curata nell'arredamento. Ci siamo stati per una settimana a fine agosto.. stupendo tutto.. il panorama, la vicinanza delle spiagge. Perchè non ritornare anche il prossimo anno? Ci stiamo facendo un pensierino.
We stayed in this apartment for 15 days in July. The house is very nice, treated in decor and very well maintained. The terrace is a bit 'small but still there is a place to eat and you can enjoy a beautiful view. We went with our daughters aged 9 and 4 years old, and found everything very convenient for those with children, due to its proximity to the beach (you get to walk through a path) is for the playground which is located in front of the 'apartment, the girls could go alone and we saw from the terrace. Really all very nice, the house is just like you see on the site!
Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 15 giorni di luglio. La casa è molto carina, curata nell'arredamento e molto ben tenuta. Il terrazzo è un po' piccolo ma comunque c'è il posto per mangiare e si gode di un bel panorama. Noi siamo andati con le nostre figlie di 9 e 4 anni, e abbiamo trovato tutto molto comodo per chi ha dei bambini, sia per la vicinanza della spiaggia (si arriva a piedi tramite un sentierino) sia per il parco giochi che si trova davanti all'appartamento, le bambine potevano andarci da sole e noi le vedevamo dal terrazzo.
Veramente tutto molto bello, la casa è proprio come si vede nel sito!

Very good location in the village and for visits to the surrounding area. We highly recommend booking Alessia's apartment, with our eyes closed. The little touches were a plus. We didn't miss anything... thank you again

We occupied Mrs. Luciana's house for the period from August 8th to 20th, three of us, first my husband and I and then on the 10th our son joined us and we were very happy with everything. The house is very close to the sea, very spacious and equipped with everything. We had a really good time. Mrs. Luciana is a truly dear person and always present together with Mrs. Rita, two truly capable people. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo occupato per il periodo dal 8al 20 agosto la casa della signora Luciana in tre, prima io e mio marito e poi dal 10 ci ha raggiunto ns figlio e siamo stati molto contenti di tutto. La casa è vicinissima al mare, molto spaziosa e fornita di tutto.
Siamo stati veramente bene.
La signora Luciana una persona davvero cara e sempre presente insieme alla signora Rita, due persone davvero in gamba.

Le frigidaire et le congélateur sont un peu petits pour 9 personnes… La situation est idéale et la terrasse très agréable… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et la propriétaire était à notre écoute pour toutes questions.
We had a great time, the apartment complies with the description of the ad. Fully air-conditioned, with washing machine and dishwasher. The location of the apartment close to the center, is very close to the sea (wonderful), with a minimarket, parapharmacy, bakery and greengrocer just outside the house. Highly recommended, even for families like ours, of four people. We hope to return. Enrica

Interamente climatizzato, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
La posizione dell’appartamento vicina al centro, è vicinissima al mare (stupendo), con appena fuori casa minimarket, parafarmacia, panificio e fruttivendolo.
Consigliatissimo, anche per famiglie come la nostra, di quattro persone.
Speriamo di tornare.

The apartment was clean, in good condition and very welcoming. The landlord's family living in the building was very friendly. A paddle board lying in the garden was spontaneously offered to our boys. The work on a burst pipe in the house was coordinated with our stay in the apartment as well as possible. We felt good.
Die Wohnung war sauber, in gutem Zustand und sehr einladend. Die im Gebäude wohnende Familie des Vermieters war sehr freundlich. Ein im Garten liegendes Paddelboard wurde spontan unseren Jungs angeboten.
Die Arbeiten an einem Rohrbruch im Haus wurden so gut es ging mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung koordiniert.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location, close to the port and to any service in the center, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes; By car you can reach the neighboring beaches in half an hour. Bellissima casa vacanze ad un passo dal mare nel vero senso della parola, pulita e proprio come descritta sull'annuncio, ringrazio la signora Rita, che è la persona che consegna le chiavi, molto disponibile e se hai bisogno di qualche consiglio su dove andare è pronta ad aiutarti e ringrazio anche la signora Luciana per il bellissimo soggiorno presso la sua struttura, divertiti tantissimo e struttura veramente bella. The apartment is very comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful equipped terrace, all 5 'walk from the sea. The owner is kind and helpful. Out of target only the dishes to be renewed and the double bed now gone, but it's all about details. I recommend it without any doubt.
L'appartamento è molto comodo, con due camere da letto, due bagni e un bellissimo terrazzo attrezzato, il tutto a 5' a piedi dal mare.
La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile.
Fuori target solo le stoviglie da rinnovare e il letto matrimoniale ormai andato, ma si tratta di dettagli.
Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio.
Top holiday the villa was a breath away from the sea. We had a great time. Excellent location and the house was equipped with every comfort ... We will definitely consider returning in the coming years.
