Great house, well located, clean and very comfortable. The only flaw was that there were no containers for sorting waste (glasses, paper, plastic) like we had in much smaller and less comfortable houses. and we find this very important.

Le seul défaut, il manquait des récipients pour trier les déchets (verres, papier, plastique) comme nous en avons eu dans des maisons bien plus petites et moins confortables. et nous trouvons cela très important.
Great vacation! We were satisfied with everything. The expectations regarding the house and what has been seen on the site have been fully confirmed. The resort is enchanting, with the Maremma Park just outside the town, with pine trees and walks. Comfortable beach, wide, and also for dogs a short distance (halfway along the cycle-pedestrian between Principina and Marina di Grosseto). The house: located in a quiet area but at the same time, a stone's throw from the center of life in the village. Large and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything that can be used for a beach holiday for a family with children at the beach; we really breathed the air of the holiday home of yore. Huge garden, a paradise for our 2 dogs. And to tell the truth even for adults. We will certainly return.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto.
Le aspettative rispetto alla casa e a quanto visto sul sito sono state pienamente confermate.
La località è incantevole, con il Parco della Maremma appena fuori l'abitato, con la pineta e le passeggiate.
Spiaggia comoda, ampia, e con anche quella per i cani a breve distanza (metà strada lungo la ciclo-pedonale tra Principina e Marina di Grosseto).
La casa: situata in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo, a due passi dal centro della vita del paese.
Locali ampi e confortevoli, dotata di tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza al mare di una famiglia con figli al mare; abbiamo proprio respirato l'aria della casa vacanza di un tempo.
Giardino enorme, un paradiso per i nostri 2 cani. E a dir il vero anche per i grandi.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
