The holiday home is in close proximity to the very lively beach promenade and the shopping streets that run parallel to it. We (family with 3 children) were able to walk to all the important shops. In this area we met very helpful people. The streets and sidewalks were cleaned twice in the 10 days of our stay, the area is really very clean. Our hostess was in the house every day and was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der sehr belebten Strandpromenade und den parallel dazu verlaufenden Einkaufsstraßen. Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) konnten alle wichtigen Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. In dieser Gegend sind wir sehr hilfsbereiten Menschen begegnet. Die Straßen und Gehwege wurden in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes 2 mal gereinigt, die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war täglich in dem Haus anzutreffen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
We are very pleased to have chosen this solution for our holidays. Comfortable apartment for 2 families, spacious and equipped with all accessories (the only flaw is the absence of the dishwasher). Close to the affiliated baths (Bagni Ricci n.142, really fantastic, in price and courtesy) and near the pedestrian area, convenient for evening walks especially when there are stalls. Ms. Manuela is very kind and very available to every need.
Siamo molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questa soluzione per le nostre vacanze. Appartamento comodo per 2 famiglie, spazioso e dotato di tutte gli accessori (unica pecca assenza della lavastoviglie). Vicino ai bagni convenzionati (Bagni Ricci n. 142, davvero fantastici, in prezzo e cortesia) e vicino all'isola pedonale, comoda per le passeggiate serali soprattutto quando ci sono le bancarelle. La signora Manuela è gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni esigenza.
Upon arrival the accommodation was very clean, equipped with all the essentials, the owner was welcoming and very helpful, the only negative note that I pointed out is the lack of a shower cubicle, in the bathroom there was a floor shower that in the moment where you washed, the whole floor got wet. For the rest everything is perfect, the terrace is beautiful. Silent building, you cross the street and you are on the beach.
All'arrivo l'alloggio era molto pulito, fornito di tutto l'essenziale, proprietaria accogliente e molto disponibile, unica nota negativa che ho fatto presente è la mancanza di un box doccia, in bagno c'era una doccia a pavimento che nel momento in cui ti lavavi si bagnava tutto il pavimento. Per il resto tutto perfetto, bellissimo il terrazzo. Palazzina silenziosa, si attraversa la strada e si è in spiaggia.

We rented the apartment for the weekend because it was near the Palarock in Rimini where an event took place. I have to say we were very good. Simple accommodation, but nothing missing, clean and tidy, with a terrace with spectacular views of the beach, which is a short walk away. It enjoys such tranquility and with a short walk you reach the center of the country where there is nothing missing even during this season off season. Mrs Manuela, who welcomed us, is an extraordinarily affable and helpful person. We think we will definitely go back.
Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento per il weekend perché era vicino al Palarock di Rimini dove si svolgeva un evento. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Alloggio semplice, ma non manca nulla, pulito ed ordinato, con un terrazzo con una vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia, che è a due passi. Si gode di tanta tranquillità e con una breve camminata si raggiunge il centro del paese dove non manca nulla anche in questo periodo fuori stagione. La Signora Manuela che ci ha accolto, è una persona straordinariamente affabile e disponibile. Pensiamo di tornarci sicuramente.
We spent a week at Torre Pedrera in August and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean with sea view. The owners are very nice and helpful. The apartment is on the main avenue, so close to the beach and many shops. If you go to Torre I would highly recommend this apartment.
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Torre Pedrera ad Agosto e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento molto spazioso, confortevole e pulito con vista mare. I proprietari molto carini e disponibili. L'appartamento è sul viale principale, quindi vicino alla spiaggia e a molti negozi . Se andate a Torre vi consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

We parked the car on arrival and taken to start from the moment supermarkets, bakers, butchers, bars, restaurants, games room, etc. etc., they are easily reached on foot. Excellent value for money . Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, situato a pochi passi dal mare in un zona molto tranquilla.
Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'arrivo e ripresa alla partenza dal momento in cui supermercati, panetteria, macelleria ,bar , ristoranti ,sala giochi, ecc ecc , si raggiungevano tranquillamente a piedi.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .

Apartment in good condition, ideal, conceived as a house by the sea. Rooms measure: being in 2 more pairs an adult and a child, perhaps the space is a bit 'sacrificed, but we adapted well. Owners friendly and always available.

Stanze su misura: essendo in 2 coppie più un adulto e una bambina, forse lo spazio è un po' sacrificato, ma comunque ci siamo adattati bene.

The house was very spacious, simply furnished, but with all the 'needed, also the beautiful large terrace ideal short for us that we have two small children and we turn with two strollers. The owners were friendly and helpful. Also welcome the opportunity to let the children play in the courtyard common with games provided by the owners.
La casa era molto spaziosa, arredata semplicemente, ma con tutto l' occorrente, bello anche il grande terrazzo insomma ideale per noi che abbiamo due bimbi piccoli e giriamo con due passeggini. I proprietari sono stati cordiali e disponibili. Gradita anche la possibilità di far giocare i bambini nel cortile comune con giochi messi a disposizione dai proprietari.
Excellent location close to the sea but still quiet. Very polite and discreet owners of the house. The only downside: the very small second bathroom .... However recommended to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Thank you
