With a surface area of 50 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 guests, it comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom, a shower room and a garden with a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on your arrival. The accommodation comprises
- Living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.

- One bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed

- Intra-Muros, the historic centre, can be reached in 20 minutes on foot down the St Servan shopping street.
- A market on Place Bouvet 300 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays where you can buy fresh fish.
- A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square).
- A mini-market open 7 days a week is a 900-metre walk away at Les Bas Sablons and a Carrefour Market is 100 m away at Rue Ville Pepin.
- St Servan is famous for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families.
- On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.

- Saint-Servan is served by several bus routes: route 1 (Intra-Muros / La Madeleine train station / La Madeleine shopping centre), route 6 (Intra-Muros / Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and route 4 (Rothéneuf / Château-Malo), which takes you to the other seaside districts of Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville, etc.
