Excellent accommodation, M.Erard has thought of everything. We had the best holiday that we have had in many years. We even enjoyed the short periods of poor weather, because the apartment is so nice.
M. Erard made his English guests very welcome and we do hope to return when we can.
Apartment conforms to the description of the advertisement. Very bright apartment (bathed in light and sun from morning to evening), quiet, spacious and functional. Very well located: 5/6 min by bike (classic) from the center of Royan. Beach: just the road to cross. Provision of a secure space to park bicycles. Very appreciable. Magnificent view and terrace.

Good welcome. Rental and residence are nice and quiet. The apartment has a large terrace with beautiful sea view corresponding in all respects to the description.
