Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
The villa was a nice place, we enjoyed much to stay there. It is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea, supermarket and St. Maxime. The only thing we missed was WIFI.
The apartment is fully liveable and comfortable.
It's equipped with all necessary accessories, for cooking with an induction hob and microwave oven. There is also a dishwasher and a Washing machine for those who need them.
The hotel has a terrace where you can see a wonderful view of the gulf.
I suggest a vacation in this apartment.
The owner is very kind and provide you all information needed for your stay.
Moreover there is a person that lives on site who will give you the keys in case you need anything, he is always kind.

Beautiful villa with all the comforts. Very clean house with all the optionals. Mrs. G. is very kind and helpful. The house is in a quiet and private area, with access to the beaches in a few minutes by car. The outside of the garden is very beautiful.

Nice little apartment, well equipped and very well located. In 5/10 minutes on foot you are at the port, at the beach, in the old town, at the supermarket. The owner is very kind and attentive if needed. We had a great holiday. Thank you!

Superb location, perfect for going swimming, nice little sea 3 minutes walk away, the city center less than 10 minutes walk away. The owner is very kind and responds quickly to messages.

In a small secure housing estate, very pleasant, well-equipped house. Shopping, the beach, everything can be done on foot and it's nice to be able to leave the car behind. Good contact with the owner. An address that we will keep and that we strongly recommend.

The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. The furnishings and appliances are top notch, the garden is superbly landscaped. The terrace offers a magnificent open view; sunrise over the sea is a moment of pure happiness! We really enjoyed our stay in this rental and will be delighted to come back.
Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la location comporte des prestations même supérieures au descriptif, la vue est magnifique. The accommodation was very nice and quiet. We were there with 4 people for 10 days and bathed in the sea every day. The pools that you can use are also very nice. Everything is available in the house and the small pool in the garden invites you to cool off for a moment. Jo and Ella are lovely and friendly landlords and are happy to help with any questions or problems. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und haben jeden Tag im Meer gebadet. Auch die Pools ,die man mitbenutzen kann sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der kleine Pool im Garten lädt ein um sich kurz mal abzukühlen.
Jo und Ella sind ganz reizende und freundliche Vermieter und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen gerne weiter. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Very pleasant location, just provide air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom which is stifling in the heat. Quite complete equipment. Near the Nartelle beach. We had a very pleasant stay.
