Located in front of the sea and a few steps from the beach of Torre Dell'orso, the villa can accommodate up to 8/9 people, consists of a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, living area, two bedrooms, one double, an annex with bathroom overlooking the back of the house, where there is also an internal parking for two cars.
The house boasts a large furnished terrace on the upper floor that offers a fantastic view of the sea of torre Dell'orso, which from the top of its cliffs allows you to glimpse a glimpse of the beach in the background. The sandy bay is 460 meters away.
The terrace is accessible thanks to the presence of a large shade and some deck chairs, stone seats and a comfortable barbecue.
Located between the independent dependance and the main house, you can relax in a small garden with a comfortable shower and a table set up with umbrella and chairs for outdoor dining; but also at the front the space abounds and it is possible to sit and enjoy, here, the coolness of the evening sea breeze, observing passers-by and strolling along the promenade of this suggestive stretch of the Salento Adriatic coast.
The house is large and bright, with a bathroom and two bedrooms with double or single beds, if you prefer, and a queen-size sofa bed. The furnishings are well made, elegant and modern.

Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
Animali Domestici
La presenza di animali domestici piccoli o di medie dimensioni è ammessa nella casa vacanza, in fase di accordo, però, occorre farlo presente.
Le dimensioni vanno comunicate per una valutazione caso per caso da parte della nostra amministrazione, anche relativamente al numero di animali al seguito, che, in genere, non può essere superiore a due.
In ogni caso è previsto il pagamento di una somma extra per i costi da sostenere per una più profonda ed accurata pulizia alla fine del periodo di soggiorno. Tale somma è variabile, a partire da un minimo di € 100,00 (da intendere per l'intero periodo e non a settimana). In genere la cauzione è richiesta in presenza di animali domestici il cui peso supera gli 8 kg, e/o quando, trattandosi di cane, la razza è tale da ritenere opportuno richiedere tale somma a titolo cautelativo.
