It consists of a living room with decorative fireplace, kitchenette with gas stove and fridge/freezer combo, double bedroom with wardrobe and door to the terrace, bathroom fitted with shower and washing machine. In the loft another double bedroom with dormer, lots of spacious wardrobes, and bathroom with window fitted with shower. The terrace is very spacious and fully equipped, stone barbecue for dinner parties "al fresco". This accommodation is close to the town and you can reach the beaches of Porto Faro, Acapulco and la Sciumara. Parking space reserved in private area.

To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for the use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
