This is our second stay in the beautiful Hervé villa. I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.
A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
I am happy to have used this platform to find a property that perfectly matched our expectations. The owner of the house was available, the house was beautiful and convenient for reaching the beaches of Sinis. What more could you want? One thing yes: that the holidays never ended!!!!

The five of us had a wonderful holiday. The house was completely quiet and didn't overheat even in August thanks to the wonderful location. The house, especially the kitchen, has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and practical. The building fabric was very high quality. The terrace was a dream, with a wonderful view and always a shady, well-ventilated spot. Thanks to the secluded location (but you can still get to Santa Teresa Gallura in 10 minutes by car) in the middle of the macchia, pure relaxation is guaranteed. Broad-tailed turtles live in the garden and the neighbor's 3 donkeys are also a really lovely addition. The "Crique" recommended by Hervé is more than a dream with a wonderful sea and underwater world. The Valley of the Moon can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Conclusion: for us it was a dream holiday! Thank you Hervé!
Wir haben zu fünft einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.völlig ruhiges Haus , auch im August dank der wunderbaren Lage nicht überhitzt. Im Haus, insbesondere in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem die Badezimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Die Bausubstanz sehr hochqualitativ.Die Terrasse ein Traum, wunderbare Aussicht und immer ein schattige gut durchlüfteter Platz. Dank der abgeschiedenen Lage (trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Santa Teresa Gallura) inmitten von Macchia ist Erholung pur garantiert. Breitbandschildkröten wohnen im Garten und die 3 Esel der Nachbarin sind auch eine total liebe Bereicherung. Auch die von Hervé empfohlene " Crique" ist mehr als ein Traum mit wunderbarer Ober und Unterwasserwelt. Das Mondtal ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Facit: für uns war es ein Traumurlaub! Merci Hervé!
My family and I had a great time. The owner was super helpful and the house allows you to enjoy the right amount of relaxation. Very close to the well-known beaches in the area, but the possibility of reaching very beautiful beaches on foot makes it even more convenient, if ever there was a need given the large spaces available.
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e la casa permette di godere del giusto relax. Vicinissima alle spiagge conosciute della zona, ma la possibilità di raggiungere anche a piedi delle spiagge molto belle la rendono ancora più comoda, se mai ce ne fosse bisogno visto i grandi spazi che ci sono a disposizione.

How nice to have had a house all to ourselves with large rooms and every comfort. Super-stocked kitchen, spotlessly clean house, air conditioning in every room. The welcome from the owner, having found water and cold drinks for us in the fridge was priceless after the long journey. And what about the super fresh Vermentino? Che bello avere avuto una casa tutta per noi con ampie camere e con ogni confort. Cucina super fornita, casa pulitissima, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Il benvenuto della proprietaria, l'aver trovato acqua e bibite fresche per noi in frigorifero è stato impagabile dopo il lungo viaggio. E che dire del con vermentino super fresco? Ci torneremo, abbiamo una passione per le onde di quella zona.

We have rented the house for the second time and it is beautifully situated in the middle of nature on Capo Testa. As described in the advert, it is great for nature lovers, as there are sometimes "wild" visitors. No problem for us. The secluded location and the wonderful terrace are great for relaxing. The path to the sea is a bit difficult and not recommended for people with disabilities. But you are on your own there and have your privacy. Contact with the landlord was always straightforward and the support and communication on site was quick and very friendly. The house is very well equipped and we will definitely come back.
Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal gemietet und es ist traumhaft schön gelegen mitten in der Natur auf Capo testa. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben super für Naturliebhaber, da es hier doch ab und an zu " wildem" Besuch kommt. Für uns kein Problem. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage und die traumhafte Terasse super zum Entspannen. Der Weg zum Meer ist etwas beschwerlich und nicht für eingeschränkte Personen zu empfehlen. Dafür ist man dort dann für sich und hat seine Privatsphäre.
Sowohl der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer unkompliziert und auch die Betreuung und Kommunikation vor Ort war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wonderful apartment located in the pedestrian center of Villasimius. Simone is a truly reliable person, the apartment reflected all the features provided. We spent two wonderful weeks what can I say... I would recommend the stay.

The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.
Il proprietario una persona molto disponibile a modo e gentile.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!
The perfect accommodation for us as a nature-loving, sporty family with children. Optimally located in the nature reserve of Capo Testa - quiet, secluded, with a perfect view of the bay. Nearby hiking trails and bathing opportunities away from mass tourism. Some tours are also possible with a mountain or gravel bike. Around the house is maquis, so you can see many many animals (lizards, geckos, turtles, snakes, donkey family, etc.). For us environmentally conscious vacationers, the house is an ideal opportunity to relax perfectly. We also chose the house because it has no pool and no air conditioning (environmentally friendly/ better CO2 footprint).
Für uns als naturverbundene, sportliche Familie mit Kindern die perfekte Unterkunft. Optimal gelegen im Naturschutzgebiet von Capo Testa- ruhig, abgelegen, mit perfektem Blick auf die Bucht. Nahe gelegene Wanderwege und Bademöglichkeiten abseits des Massentourismus. Auch mit dem Mountain oder Gravel Bike sind einige Touren möglich. Rund um das Haus ist Macchia, dementsprechend sieht man viele viele Tiere (Eidechsen, Geckos, Schildkröten, Schlangen, Eselfamilie, etc.). Für uns umweltbewusste Urlauber ist das Haus eine optimale Möglichkeit um sich perfekt zu erholen. Wir haben das Haus auch deswegen ausgewählt weil es keinen Pool und keine Klimaanlage hat (umweltfreundlicher/ besserer CO2 footprint).
Very adherent to the promises. Everything in place and complete accessories. Even umbrellas and chairs for the beach, which is really beautiful and 150 meters away. Cleaning and linen included: very good.

Perfect home for a family and friends. Clean, tidy nothing was missing. Great location. In the small town center there was everything, two foodstuffs post newsstand .. in short, I can only give full marks to this house because I found the right habitat for a SUPER holiday.

Ottima posizione. Nel centro piccolo del paese c’era tutto, due alimentari posta edicola .. insomma non posso che dare il punteggio pieno a questa casa perché ho trovato l habitat adatto per una vacanza SUPER.
The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and equipped. It is also very central, in the main street of Villasimius, a stone's throw from restaurants and shops. There is also a large free car park a stone's throw from the house, which is fundamental in my opinion, especially in high season. Simone, the owner, is a very helpful and kind person, he gave us many useful tips about the area, the best restaurants, the beaches. We enjoyed it very much and will certainly be back!
L'appartamento è molto spazioso, comodo e accessoriato. Inoltre è centralissimo, nella via principale di Villasimius, a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. C'è anche un grande parcheggio gratuito a due passi dall'abitazione, a mio avviso fondamentale soprattutto in alta stagione. Simone, il proprietario, è una persona molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili sulla zona, sui migliori ristoranti, sulle spiagge. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e di certo ci torneremo!
Serious and extremely helpful owner. Apartment convenient to everything, 2 km from the beach, reachable by bike, on foot or scooter (a stone's throw away), located in the center but at the same time very quiet at night. Equipped with all the essentials, very clean! Car parking a stone's throw from the apartment is free. All supermarkets in the area can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Appartamento comodo a tutto, a 2 km dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in bici, a piedi o monopattino (a due passi ), posizionato in centro ma nel contempo molto silenzioso la notte.
Dotato di tutto l' essenziale, molto pulito !
Il parcheggio della macchina a due passi dall' appartamento e gratuito.
Tutti i supermercati della zona sono raggiungibili a piedi in 3 minuti.
