We had a great time in Corsica and appreciate the efforts made by Jean-Philippe to help make this happen. His rental home was all we needed with a bonus of a beautiful neighbourhood pool. We didn't know what part of the island would be best to stay, but we would definitely return to Tarco/Porto Vecchio.
Excellent contact with the owner who is reachable and responsive as well as with Joëlle who gives you the keys and gives good advice. The house is close to the beach with a magnificent sea view and breathtaking sunsets. Well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a great holiday. Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. If there is really a fault to be found, the road below is quite busy.

La maison est proche de la plage avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et des couchés de soleil à couper le souffle. Bien équipée avec la climatisation et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances.

Si il faut vraiment trouver un défaut, la route en contre-bas est assez passante.

We had a superb holiday, the villa is magnificent, the view is incredible, overlooking the cove of Favone, its location is perfect for traveling across Corsica from north to south, the property is very well wooded. Possibility of taking a shower outside overlooking the Maquis. The owner is available and very pleasant. I recommend.

I rented this accommodation to spend a week in Corsica by the sea with my son. We were seduced not only by the setting but also by the quality of the accommodation. The residence is located 200m from the sea and the beach restaurant. The place is located in a hamlet integrated into nature, the surroundings are calm, suitable for walks, the sandy beach is pleasant and the slope to enter the water is very gradual, ideal for the little ones. Concerning the accommodation, there is everything necessary in terms of household appliances, the bedding is of quality and the house is well insulated, if necessary there is even an air conditioning which drops the temperature in 10 minutes if the door is left open, what happened to us unfortunately. The closest town is Solenzara where you can find everything you need, there is even a port where you can book a sea trip or a fishing trip. What more can I say except that the owners we met were very friendly, cared about our comfort and knew how to recommend ideas for outings. I will return to this vacation spot where I felt good.
J'ai loué cet hébergement pour passer une semaine en Corse au bord de la mer avec mon fiston.
Nous avons été séduits non seulement par le cadre mais aussi par la qualité de l'habitation.
La résidence est située à 200m de la mer et du restaurant de plage.
Le lieu est situé dans un hameau intégré à la nature, les environs sont calmes, propices aux balades, la plage de sable est agréable et la pente pour rentrer dans l'eau est très progressive, idéale pour les plus petits.
Concernant l'habitation, il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire en électroménager, le couchage est de qualité et la maison bien isolée, si besoin il y a même une clim qui fait tomber la température en 10 minutes si la porte est restée ouverte, ce qui nous est arrivé malencontreusement.
La ville la plus proche est Solenzara où l'on trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire, il y a même un port où nous il est possible de réserver une balade en mer ou une sortie de pêche.
Que dire de plus si ce n'est que les propriétaires que nous avons rencontré sont très aimables, se sont souciés de notre confort et savent conseiller des idées de sortie.
Je reviendrai à ce lieu de vacances où je me suis senti bien.
House perfectly matching the description.. clean... ideally located... close to the sea but also to rivers and mountains. The owner is very kind and discreet. We stayed 3 weeks and we absolutely do not regret our choice. I highly recommend this rental. Plus: bed linen provided.

We were very well received by Mr. Pascale who was available throughout the holiday via whats app! Gorgeous house with brand new appliances and kitchenware. Very clean house!!!! Practically on the beach given the convenience to get there. The owner was also very kind and helpful via whatsapp making sure we had arrived and that we were comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

Praticamente sulla spiaggia data la comodità per arrivarci. Anche il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile tramite whatsapp assicurandosi che fossimo arrivati e che ci stessimo trovando bene. Consigliatissima!!!

Very pleasant rental with a very accommodating owner. Ideally located not too far from the very popular southern beaches of Porto Vecchio, but if you prefer calm you can enjoy the very uncrowded beaches around Tarco. You can also enjoy swimming in the Solenzara a few kilometers around the auguulles de bavella. The house with its multiple terraces provides protection from the sun and is a five-minute walk from Tarco beach.
Location très agréable avec un propriétaire très arrangeant. Idéalement située pas trop loin des plages très côtées sud de Porto vecchio très cotées mais si vous préférez le calme vous pourrez profiter de plages très peu fréquentées autour de Tarco. Vous pourrez aussi profiter de baignades dans la Solenzara à quelques kilomètres au détour des auguulles de bavella. La maison avec ses multiples terrasses permet de se protéger du soleil et à cinq minutes à pied de la plage de Tarco.

La casa è perfetta sia nella pulizia estrema sia negli arredi, la cucina è fornitissima di tutto, nonostante i 50mq è divisa benissimo e per 4)5 persone è ottima, carino il giardino con un bel tavolo, sedie e sdraio. We had a great stay at our rental in Tarco. The location is ideal (5 mins walk to the beach and restaurant). It was more than comfortable for the 5 of us (2 teenagers + 1 child aged 9.) Frédéric, who welcomes you, is very available and welcoming. The accommodation has all the equipment and lacks nothing. A very good address !! The view for the meal on the terrace is heavenly and we will stay for hours to admire. When we come back to Corsica, we will not have to look for a rental, it is all found.

Il était plus que confortable pour nous 5 ( 2 ados + 1 enfant de 9 ans.) Frédéric qui vous accueille est très disponible et accueillant. Le logement dispose de tout l'équipement et ne manque de rien. La vue pour le repas sur la terrasse est paradisiaque et on resterai des heures à admirer.
