The Moonlight Sea View

Moonlight Sea View is a beautiful 170 m² house recently renovated with great taste and ready to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children . The house is a paradise of colors! The blue of the sea, the blue of the sky and the colors of the rainbow spread throughout the house.
It is a peaceful place where holidays smell like rest and relaxation. The sea air will make you not want to leave this place!
As soon as you enter the front door, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen and a family-friendly living-dining room. At the end of the living room is a huge and beautiful terrace with a unique view. This is where our guests choose to spend a lot of time. It is a special place to dine while enjoying the view and the Sitges air.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms; one double en suite with its own bathroom, another double with bunk beds, ideal for children or young people, and a room with a double bed and an annex with an extra double bed (this room is entered through the previous room). These two rooms share a bathroom.
The house has several very comfortable corners that will make you have a fantastic holiday. You will be privileged to have a dining room with such incredible views as well as a chill out area to relax and enjoy in company under the moonlight. All this exclusively for you. There is also a barbecue, perfect for making a delicious dinner at night overlooking the port.
Ideally located, just a few metres from the beaches of Balmins or San Sebastian, the Aiguadolç marina and its leisure and restaurant area, just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. It is perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday or a weekend. There is also a communal swimming pool.

- This house is located in a family community where the rules of coexistence and noise must be respected.
- Parties or celebrations are not permitted inside the property or on its terraces.
- This apartment ONLY accepts reservations from families with children (all ages).
- Groups of young people are not allowed.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
