Newly built and in a very sunny position. The apartments (located on the ground floor) have 2 bedrooms (4/5 beds), kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and / or bathtub and 2 balconies from which you can directly access the large private garden (1000sqm). For summer 2018 a new lunch-leaving area is planned in the garden. Both apartments are equipped with 32-inch Hd satellite Led Tv, electric oven, microwave, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, cot and high chair, Molveno Card, bike deposit and private parking.
In the garden there are games for children, a barbecue and a comfortable gazebo. Internet access via wireless network is available free of charge throughout the house.
The structure, completely surrounded by the garden, offers absolute tranquility at any time of the year.
It is 750 meters from the town center and 1. 2 km from the lake, and during peak tourist summer periods it is only 20 meters from the free bus stop of the giropaese bus.
In winter, on the other hand, at about 3 km from the house there is the first cableway of the Paganella skiarea, with an ample free parking. Alternatively from Molveno you can take the sky bus (free) that leads to Andalo. The bus stop is 750 meters away.
