My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!
I spent a truly fulfilling weekend. The location was comfortable and relaxing, Mrs. Ezia was very welcoming and helpful. A small Eden of vegetation and perfumes. You can even avoid going down to the sea as the structure offers from the swimming pool, to the solarium to the open spaces that satisfy every need. In any case, for those wishing to stroll, the center can be quickly reached via shortcuts that allow you to discover incredible glimpses of Sanremo. In addition, three loving dogs kept me company that I was sincerely sorry to leave, but that I will definitely meet again because I will soon be back for a longer holiday. I add that I had breakfast on the solarium and. in addition to admiring the splendid panorama, I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from Ezia's garden. Definitely recommend!!!!!!
Ho trascorso un week end veramente appagante. La location era confortevole e rilassante, la Signora Ezia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Un piccolo Eden di vegetazione e profumi.
Si può addirittura evitare di scendere al mare in quanto la struttura offre dalla piscina, al solarium agli spazi aperti che soddisfano ogni esigenza. In ogni caso per chi volesse passeggiare, il centro è velocemente raggiungibile attraverso scorciatoie che permettono di scoprire scorci di Sanremo incredibili. Inoltre, mi hanno fatto compagnia tre amorevoli cani che sinceramente mi è dispiaciuto lasciare, ma che ritroverò sicuramente perché presto tornerò per una vacanza più lunga. Aggiungo che facevo colazione sul solarium e. oltre ad ammirare lo splendido panorama, mi gustavo le spremute di arance e limoni dell'orto di Ezia. Sicuramente lo consiglio!!!!!!
We were more than satisfied with the very well equipped apartment. In the kitchen there was everything you needed, including a washing machine and iron. The garden with a large pool and several seating areas is simply fantastic, the view of the sea is terrific. Even as a disabled person, I got along very well with the apartment and garden. Ezia was very friendly and always approachable and helpful for us. Sir was always at our side with advice and action. We would come back anytime.
Wir waren mit der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mehr als zufrieden. ln der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte,auch Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Der Garten mit großem Pool und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten einfach Phantastisch, der Ausblick auf das Meer grandios. Auch als gehbehinderter kam ich mit Wohnung und Garten sehr gut zurecht.
Ezia war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sir stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Ospedeletti. The apartment is spacious, sensibly designed, very bright, clean and has everything you need: from gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to iron and patio furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for activities of all kinds, be it going to the beach, exploring Aquadolce or Nice by car or cycling on the new cycle route - 25 km in one direction via San Remo to San Lorenzo. The apartment is on a very busy and therefore extremely noisy street, but we tolerated the noise with the very beautiful direct panoramic view of the sea. The terrace of the apartment was our living room and dining room: it is large, has a sitting area and a dining area. You can enjoy the coffee or the meal with the wide, glittering view of the blue. The landlady and her mom are great, very reliable and very nice. All arrangements went very quickly and easily, such as late arrival or departure. We got several good tips about the area from the landlady, including information about a small family-run restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, where we thenHave often fetched food and enjoyed many original Ligurian meals on the beautiful terrace. Last but not least: you can park your car very easily on the street near the apartment, we were always able to find a good parking space. And we were allowed to use a small lockable room in the building for our e-bikes. Conclusion: highly recommended, we will be back ...
In dieser Wohnung in Ospedeletti haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sinnvoll geschnitten, sehr hell, sauber und hat alles was man braucht: von Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine über Bügeleisen bis Terrassenmöbel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Unternehmungen aller Art, sei es zum Strand gehen, mit dem Auto Aquadolce oder Nizza erkunden oder auf der neuen Fahrradstrecke Fahrrad fahren - 25 km in einer Richtung über San Remo bis San Lorenzo. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen und somit extrem lauten Straße, aber bei dem sehr schönem direkten Panoramablick aufs Meer haben wir den Lärm geduldet. Die Terrasse der Wohnung war unseres Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer: sie ist groß, hat eine Sitzecke und eine Essecke. Man genießt den Kaffee oder das Essen mit dem weiten glitzerndem Blick ins Blaue. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mama sind top, sehr zuverlässig und sehr nett. Alle Absprachen liefen sehr schnell und unkompliziert, wie z.B. eine späte Anreise oder Abreise. Von der Vermieterin haben wir mehrere gute Tipps über die Gegend bekommen, u.a. die Info über ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, wo wir dann öfters Essen geholt haben und viele original ligurisch gekochte Mahlzeiten auf der schönen Terrasse genossen haben. Zu guter Letzt: Auto kann man sehr gut in der Nähe von der Wohnung auf der Strasse parken, wir konnten immer einen guten Parkplatz finden. Und für unsere E-Bikes haben wir einen kleinen verschließbaren Raum im Gebäude nutzen dürfen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder...
Wonderful stay in the beautiful house of Ezia which is welcoming and attentive to its tenants! She came to pick us up at the station, took us shopping, showed us her amazing city because it is multi-faceted, a seaside town that we adored. We will be back soon ... Magnificent swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, good bedding, rest assured. Typical path and alleys to go down into town and discover the always smiling inhabitants. Go back up by minibus (barely 1 per hour, bus station) or by taxi (10mn 10 ?, with friendly exchange). Know dogs well and plan for mosquitoes like everywhere in Italy. Air conditioning and a dishwasher would be a plus.
Merveilleux séjour dans la belle maison de Ezia qui est avenante et aux petits soins avec ses locataires! Elle est venue nous chercher à la gare, nous a emmenés faire les courses, nous a fait découvrir sa ville étonnante car aux multiples facettes,ville balnéaire que nous avons adorée.

Piscine magnifique avec vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, bonne literie, repos assuré.
Chemin et ruelles typiques pour descendre en ville et découvrir les habitants toujours souriants.
Remonter par le minibus (à peine 1 par heure, gare routière) ou en taxi (10mn 10 €,avec échange sympathique).
Bien connaître les chiens et prévoir des antimoustiques comme partout en Italie.
La climatisation et un lave-vaisselle seraient un plus appréciable.
We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay. The very beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi were privatized. The house is comfortable and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden. Ezia is always available and considerate. She prepared very good regional specialties for us. I highly recommend.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour reposant. La très belle piscine et le jacuzzi étaient privatisés. La maison est confortable et entourée d’un grand jardin méditerranéen. Ezia est toujours disponible et prévenante. Elle nous a préparé de très bonnes spécialités régionales. Je recommande vivement.
Perfect two pas accommodation yes from the splendid and clean sea of Ospedaletti. Mrs. Maria Pia was very kind and generous with useful advice. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a large terrace perfect for lunches and dinners, dishwasher and washing machine. The only problem is the noise from the very busy road but the windows are excellent and if you want you can close everything, air conditioning and go. Really highly recommended and I really hope to return.
Sistemazione perfetta a due pas
si dal mare splendido e pulito di Ospedaletti. La signora Maria Pia è stata gentilissima e prodiga di consigli utili. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno rilassante, un terrazzo ampio ottimo per pranzi e cene, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Unici problema è il rumore della strada veramente molto trafficata ma gli infissi sono ottimi e volendo si chiude tutto, aria condizionata e via. Consigliatissima davvero e spero proprio di ritornare.

As soon as we finished our stay, we were very satisfied with the location of the accommodation, which conformed to the announcement. Very well kept and clean apartment, super-equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The owner Mrs. Maria Pia was courteous and always available. We recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant stay having the impression of being at home.

I spent 15 very pleasant days at the top of the Artallo district in Imperia! Yes you must deserve it if you are on foot, this pretty high point among the vineyards overlooking the sea and its beautiful sunrise! Very nice welcome from Stefania and very nice visits to Porto Maurizio or Oneglia without forgetting the surroundings that you can reach on foot, by bike, by bus or by train if you are without a car! I also enjoyed the beautiful festival of the new olive!

Oui il faut le mériter si l'on est à pied, ce joli point haut au milieu des vignes avec vue sur la mer et ses magnifiques lever de soleil !
Accueil très agréable de Stefania et très belles visites à Porto Maurizio ou Oneglia sans oublier les alentours que vous pouvez rejoindre à pied, en vélo, en bus ou en train si vous êtes sans voiture !

Splendida casa dotata di tutti i comfort con vista mare, immersa in un meraviglioso vigneto. Zona tranquillissima situata in collina, per raggiungere il mare è necessario avere l'auto. Proprietari sul posto, gentilissimi e molto discreti. Nelle vicinanze luoghi incantevoli da visitare e non distante anche la meravigliosa Costa Azzurra. Approfitto per salutare Stefania e Marino che ci hanno dato la possibilità di trascorrere una fantastica vacanza :) Grazie di cuore
Found an announcement on the internet and we had some reservations, not knowing the place. Instead we were pleasantly surprised: warm welcome, clean and well furnished apartment, really at 50 meters from the sea, as per announcement. The beach in front of the house with sand, not high and clean water, perfect for our 4 year old girl. In the evening, entertainment in the town very nice .. we will come back again :)
Trovato annuncio su internet ed avevamo qualche riserva, non conoscendo il posto. Invece siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi: accoglienza calorosa, appartamento pulito e ben arredato, veramente a 50 mt da mare, come da annuncio. La spiaggia fronte casa con sabbia, acqua non alta e pulita, perfetta per la nostra bimba di 4 anni. La sera animazione del paese molto carina.. ci torneremo ancora :)
Very nice building, nice setting, close to the beach and inhabited area exactly as advertised, comfortable and well equipped accommodation, especially the owners are very sociable, polite, helpful, kind and professional people. I found myself very well and highly recommend it.
Condominio molto piacevole, piacevole il contesto, vicino a spiaggia e centro abitato esattamente come da pubblicità, alloggio confortevole e ben accessoriato, soprattutto i titolari sono persone molto socievoli, educate, disponibili, gentili e professionali. Mi sono trovata molto bene e lo consiglio vivamente.
