The property is even better then presented in the pictures. Everything is very new and clean. The owners are very attentive to any requests. The nearest beach is far from ideal, but in 5 minutes ride you'll find one of the best beaches in Italy - lido Pizzo.
We were delighted to have spent our time in this lovely apartment. It is clean, well maintained, comfortable, spacious with a wonderful outdoor sun deck area with stunning views over the sea. Our landlord hosts, Tommaso and Teresa provided us with a great environment to enjoy our extended vacation. The apartment contains all the amenities required for a great holiday. We spent the winter months here and avoided the extreme weather conditions that affected the rest of Europe. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants and within easy drive of major centres such as Ugento, Gallipoli, Casarano. This is a great spot for a winter holiday in Italy.
This house/apartment is perfect if you want to be right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a very large patio or terrace (depending which floor you stay on) with plenty of space for table, chairs, etc. The rooms were big enough. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, plates, bottle openers, moka, cutlery.
There are many excellent beaches nearby within 5-10 minutes drive, such as Bora Bora, Maldives del Pescoluse, and so on. Or if you're feeling lazy you can walk right out the front door and across the street to the beach in front of the house. There are several restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Not all of them are open outside of high season (june-august) but some are open all year.
The owner is very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to staying here again.
We stayed a week in this house equipped with all comforts and in a strategic position. Cool house, very large (also suitable for families with children), equipped with air conditioning and a courtyard outside to consume various meals. Mr. Virgilio is always very friendly and helpful! Casa fresca, molto grande (adatta anche per famiglie con bambini), dotata di aria condizionata e di un resede fuori per consumare i vari pasti.

We had a very good time, helpful and precise owner, clean apartment. If you want to find a flaw, there were few kitchen tools (a filleting knife, a potato peeler...) otherwise very very good.
Siamo stati molto bene, proprietario disponibile preciso, appartamento pulito. A voler trovare un difetto c'erano pochi attrezzi per la cucina (un coltello per sfilettare, un pelapatate...) per il resto molto molto bene.

Clean, well furnished and spacious house. It is well equipped especially the kitchen and the exterior including an external shower (very useful after the sea) and table and chairs for pre-eating and small tables for spending the evenings out. The owners are very kind and at check-in they leave fresh drinks in the fridge and those few things that they solve for you as soon as you arrive from the car journey such as: pasta, tomato puree, coffee with milk? All in all, a place to definitely go back to!!
Casa pulita, ben arredata e spaziosa. È ben attrezzata soprattutto la cucina e l’esterno compreso di doccia esterna ( utilissima dopo il mare) e tavolo e sedie pre mangiare e divabetti per passare le serate fuori. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e al check-in lasciano in frigo bevande fresche e quelle poche cose che però ti risolvono appena arrivato dal viaggio in auto come: pasta, passata di pomodoro caffè latte…
Insomma posto in cui tornarci sicuramente!!

The apartment was very comfortable, excellent cleaning, very helpful owners, Ms Teresa and her husband always lent themselves to our every request / need. I recommend this apartment to those who want to visit Salento because it is in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches. The only flaw that there is no private parking, you can park along the entire street that runs alongside the residences.
L'appartamento era molto confortevole, pulizia ottima, proprietari molto disponibili, la sig.ra Teresa e il marito si sono sempre prestati per ogni nostra richiesta/necessità. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole visitare il Salento perché è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. L'unica pecca che non è fornito di parcheggio privato, si può parcheggiare lungo tutta la via che costeggia i residence.
The choice of the apartment brought us here. Expectations were met even more especially for the sea view and the tranquility of the area. Being able to reach the sea very close on foot was important for us because we love the tranquility and convenience of not using the car. The hospitality upon arrival and during the stay was warm and discreet. The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, full of details chosen with great taste and we enjoyed it very much. Mrs. Maria Domenica Malagnino is an excellent hostess: kind, friendly, always present and helpful. Appreciated the advice on typical local food and wine purchases. Le aspettative sono state soddisfatte anche di più soprattutto per la vista mare e per la tranquillità della zona. Il fatto di poter raggiungere il mare vicinissimo a piedi, per noi è stato importante perchè amiamo la tranquillità e la comodità di non usare l'automobile.
L'ospitalità all'arrivo e durante il soggiorno è stata calorosa e discreta.
L'alloggio è bello, confortevole, ricco di dettagli scelti con molto gusto e ci siamo stati molto bene.
