Great apartment with a great location near the beach. Private access to the beach. In two minutes you can have your feet in the water. The landlords are super nice and friendly. It was a very nice holiday for us as a family. I can only recommend.
Super Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Strand. Privater Zugang zum Strand. In Zwei Minuten hat man die Füße im Wasser. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und freundlich. Für uns als Familie war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

First time in Termoli, we chose the structure for its proximity to the sea and for the characteristics of the apartment which perfectly matched the requests of our 2 families 4 adults and 3 children. We were welcomed by Pietro and his wife Franca who showed us all the potential of the structure and subsequently we met their children Maria, Enrico and their cute grandmother. The owners live in the property and are always present for any requests or simply to recommend restaurants or excursions. The structure is well looked after and clean: a covered car park with shade cloth, a reserved place for eating outside and a barbecue available, 3 outdoor showers with hot water at any time. The access to the sea is enviable but the most appreciated thing is the tranquility of the beach, furthermore for each apartment there is an umbrella and 2 deckchairs available. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you might need on holiday, there is the rental of bed linen and towels available, which is not a given but much appreciated thing that we found and hadfound the beds ready. There are also washing machines available and a place to hang out your laundry. Franca managed to make us feel at home, always present and punctual, she also delighted us with her cheese and egg meatballs, what can I say are spectacular other than a restaurant...... Our experience was very positive, beautiful area, excellent restaurants and excellent people. Franca and her family have remained in our hearts.
Prima volta a Termoli , abbiamo scelto la struttura per la sua vicinanza al mare e per le caratteristiche dell’appartamento che si abbinavano molto con le richieste delle nostre 2 famiglie
4 adulti e 3 bambini .
Siamo stati accolti Da Pietro e dalla moglie Franca che ci hanno illustrato tutte le potenzialità della struttura e successivamente abbiamo conosciuto i figli Maria ,Enrico e la carinissima nonna.
I proprietari abitano nella struttura e sono sempre presenti per eventuali richieste o semplicemente per consigliare ristoranti o escursioni.
La struttura si presenta bene molto curata e pulita: un parcheggio auto coperto con telo ombreggiante un posto riservato per mangiare fuori e a disposizione un barbecue ,3 docce all’esterno con acqua calda a qualsiasi ora .
Lo sbocco sul mare è invidiabile ma la cosa più apprezzata è la tranquillità della spiaggia , inoltre per ogni appartamento c’è un ombrellone e 2 sdraio a disposizione.
L’appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che possa servire in vacanza , c’è a disposizione il noleggio di biancheria da letto e asciugamani , cosa non scontata ma molto apprezzata che abbiamo riscontrato e aver trovato i letti già pronti.
A disposizione ci sono anche delle lavatrici e un posto dove stendere il bucato.
Franca è riuscita a farci sentire a casa , sempre presente e puntuale inoltre ci ha deliziato con le sue polpette cacio e ova che dire spettacolari altro che ristorante ……..
La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva , bellissimo territorio , ottimi ristoranti e ottime persone.
Franca e la sua famiglia ci sono rimasti nel cuore .

We had a phenomenal 3 weeks. Both Peter and his wife Frankish They were very kind and helpful, everything was organized down to the smallest detail. In this location everything is super equipped.. the sea is 2 steps away. This establishment is highly recommended.

Séjour très agréable à 9 personnes. Appartement très propre, draps et serviettes fournis. Nous avons aimé l'accès immédiat sur la plage. Propriétaire très correct, contrat respecté et réponse donnée à toutes nos demandes. Le propriétaire a prévu aussi les dépliants touristiques et plan de la ville. Très bien! Petite remarque: Pensez à ajouter un four pour faciliter la préparation des repas pour 9 personnes.

We stayed me and my family at the Residence Oasis Rio Vivo 10 days truly unforgettable. Mr. Massa Peter (the owner) was very nice and professional. A week before the stay has called reminding reservations and giving directions to get to the Residence things that not everyone does. Upon our arrival we found the apartment clean and with all things in order as described in the announcement. The Massa family was friendly and very efficient in need as indicate tourist routes - Local - Services - Other. I still go back there with all the family without any problems.

La famiglia Massa è stata ospitale e molto efficiente nel bisogno come indicare itinerari turistici - locali - servizi - altro.

We were in this wonderful oasis, we had three weeks of pure relaxation. The Massa family was immediately put in hand and welcomed us as if we were the family: we felt at ease immediately. Spettacolare vacanza vissuta tra sole e bagni ad ogni ora del giorno, poichè la spiaggia è appena fuori dal giardino. Alloggio nuovo, estremamente pulito e confortevole. Giudizio più che positivo da parte di tutta la famiglia, data la comodità degli spazi esterni per i bambini e il cagnolino.

We spent two wonderful weeks holiday, staying on the beach. The accommodation we found it very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach is gorgeous. But to make the holidays special, was the friendly relationship with the owners. Their thoughtfulness and kindness, always ready to meet any requirements, they made us feel at home. We are also grateful for the care we received in connection with the preparations for the wedding of our daughter, with the beautiful floral decoration. All the relatives who have stayed at the same period by you, were very satisfied. We can safely recommend this accommodation to others.
Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane di vacanze, alloggiando direttamente sul mare. L'alloggio l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito e arredato con gusto. La spiaggia è stupenda. Ma a rendere le vacanze speciali, è stato il cordiale rapporto con i proprietari. La loro premura e gentilezza, sempre pronti per soddisfare eventuali necessità, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra.
Ringraziamo anche per le attenzioni che abbiamo ricevuto in relazione ai preparativi del matrimonio di nostra figlia, con la stupenda decorazione floreale. Tutti i parenti che hanno alloggiato nello stesso periodo da voi, sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. Possiamo raccomandare quest'alloggio tranquillamente anche ad altri.
We arrived at this oasis of tranquility and we found all that was envisaged, in fact, even better than we could have expected. Peter and his entire family were greeted with sympathy, education and care. They even invited us to dinner along with all the other housemates. Basically a very relaxing holiday, with all the comfort and suitable for quiet families who want to relax. Service excellent (almost a private beach all to yourself), outdoor hot shower, wifi. In short, to spend your holiday a real holiday in a ' "quiet ". Beware, though, if you want the nightlife you have to choose other places.
Siamo arrivati in quest'oasi di tranquillità ed abbiamo riscontrato tutto ciò che ci era stato prospettato, anzi, anche meglio di quanto ci potessimo attendere. Pietro e tutta la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti con simpatia, educazione ed attenzione. Ci hanno perfino invitati a cena insieme a tutti gli altri coinquilini. In sostanza una vacanza molto rilassante, con tutti i comfort e adatta a tranquilli nuclei familiari che vogliono riposarsi. Servizi ottimi (quasi una spiaggia privata tutta per voi), doccia esterna calda, wifi. Insomma, per trascorrere le vostre ferie una vera vacanza in un' "oasi di pace". Attenzione, però, se cercate la movida dovete scegliere altri lidi.

Comfortable apartment, clean and decorated again. Comfortable even for my needs as I stayed with a friend and our respective families. Fantastic holidays for the accessibility 'the sea which is under the house. The resident owners on site, are kind, caring and always available for any eventuality. The outdoor facilities excellent and complete.

Appartamento comodo, pulito e arredato di nuovo. Confortevole anche per le mie esigenze in quanto vi ho soggiornato con un amico e le nostre rispettive famiglie.
Vacanze stupende anche per l'accessibilita' al mare che è sotto casa. I proprietari residenti in loco, sono stati gentili, attenti e sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza.

Excellent value 'price. Everything described in the ad corresponds to reality 'even more'! The house is fully furnished with new furniture, clean, comfortable, suitable also for more 'families, is close to the sea .... even on the beach! Excellent and the owners are always available. Comfortable external structures: playground, showers with hot water in the beach area, use of umbrella and chairs, corner pavilions with barbecue, private car park shaded and last but not least, free internet connection anywhere, even under an umbrella on the beach! La casa è ben arredata con mobili nuovi, pulita, comoda, idonea anche per piu' nuclei familiari, è vicinissima al mare.... anzi sul mare!

Comodissime le strutture esterne: giochi bimbi, docce con acqua calda in zona spiaggia, uso di ombrellone e sdraio, angoli gazebi con barbecue, posto auto riservato ombreggiato e dulcis in fundo, collegamento internet gratuito ovunque, fin sotto l'ombrellone in spiaggia!
Siamo rimasti totalmente soddisfatti, ci rivedremo a presto!

Very good and nice apartment with 2 balconys at the sun side.
All the rooms are nicely furnished, nice paintings, all well cared for. In preseason it is very quiet and in the village there is still much closed (restaurants, shops). We missed internet connection in the apartment and even in the village.
Perfect house. Equipped with everything you need, microwave, dishwasher, electric broom.... very ventilated location, so despite the heat we did not turn on the air conditioners (present in all rooms and working). The idea of having dinner outside on the terrace is fantastic. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything and see you next time!!
Casa perfetta. Munita di tutto ciò che occorre , microonde, lavastoviglie , scopa elettrica.... posizione molto ventilata, quindi nonostante il caldo non abbiamo acceso i climatizzatori (presenti in tutte le stanze e funzionanti). Fantastica l'idea di cenare fuori nel terrazzino. Stra consigliata.
