The house exactly matches the photos seen on the ad. The only differences are in the surface, certainly less than 70 square meters indicated, and in the absence of the outside shower (the description indicated the presence of an "open back space complete with washbasin and outside shower").
Finally, I would have preferred to close the house together with the person responsible and leave the keys in person, also to check the delivery status and consumption of the counters together. We trusted each other and, since I did not receive any reports, I think everything went well .

Anyway Old Roca is a beautiful place and the accommodation was comfortable for 4 people.
