We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
La Cascade is a comfortable and well equipped house, ideal for two couples, with good bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a good kitchen, a large dining room and a cosy sitting room.
It is situated in a pleasant village in the hills, well away from the crowded coast. The house itself is surrounded by a multitude of terraced gardens leading down to a stream, with nice views, lots of interest and many places for relaxing.
A car is essential, however, and there is no on-the-premises parking, though public parking spaces are available nearby. The house is accessed via a steep and twisting flight of steps through a gate off the main road, making it a poor choice for anyone with mobility issues. Note also that there are only limited facilities in the village and, because of the stream, mosquitoes can be a problem.
All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay at La Cascade. We have stayed in many gites across the whole of France and this was one of the nicer ones.
The appartement is located on a top location with a great view according the pictures in the advertisement. It is very well equipped and we spend hours on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean. The centre of Cannes and the Croisette is in walking distance and there is a bakery around the corner. Communication, contract and handling is well-organized by thge owner and of course it is very convenient to have your own parking space in a town like Cannes.
We will return!
Beautiful place to spend holidays, with a view of the pool, garden and sea. And everything you need/can have is available directly nearby. Too bad the pool closes at the end of September!

We had a great stay in this well-equipped, clean and quiet apartment. The apartment has the advantage of being a 5-minute walk from Salis beach while being quiet because it is not directly on the road. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which is very appreciable, as is the awning. We did not suffer from the heat despite the strong heat outside. Old Antibes is a 20-minute walk away, which is also convenient. Thank you to the owner and the agency for their warm welcome and their availability.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé, propre et calme. L'appartement a l'avantage d'être à 5 min à pied de la plage de la Salis tout en étant au calme car pas directement sur la route. L'appartement a la climatisation dans le salon, ce qui est très appréciable, tout comme le store ban. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur malgré la forte chaleur extérieure. Le vieil Antibes est à 20 min à pied, ce qui est pratique également. Merci à la propriétaire et l'agence pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.
Very well equipped apartment with all the comforts, including the much appreciated air conditioning. Quiet location and at the same time strategic to go on foot either to Antibes, Juan-les-Pins. The distance between the apartment and both centers is about 1.5 km. The fine sandy beach is 100m away. Very nice holiday to repeat.

Superb gîte, owner on site but very discreet. We spent a week alone (no one in the other rentals) and had the swimming pool and deckchairs just for us, very pleasant. No schedule for the pool, we were able to swim late in the evening, super refreshing! Only downside: the room with the bunk beds is not air-conditioned and it is hot to sleep. Near an artisan bakery, restaurants and 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien for canoeing, paddle boarding, pedal boats and inflatable water slides. The sea is 25 minutes by car (Fréjus) and 15 minutes from Mandelieu-la-Napoule by highway. I recommend 100%, we had a great week!
Superbe gîte, propriétaire sur place mais très discrets.
On a passé une semaine seul (personne dans les autres locations) et avions la piscine et les transats rien que pour nous, très agréable.
Pas d'horaire pour la piscine, on a pu se baigner tard le soir, hyper rafraichissant !
Seul bémol: la chambre avec les lits à étage n'est pas climatisée et il fait chaud pour dormir.
Près d'une boulangerie artisanale, de restaurants et à 10min du lac de Saint-Cassien pour faire du canoë, du paddle, du pédalo et toboggan gonflable dans l'eau. La mer est à 25min en voiture (Fréjus) et 15min de Mandelieu-la-Napoule par l'autoroute.
Je recommande à 100%, on a passé une semaine géniale !

Nathalie is a very pleasant, friendly and accommodating host. She was responsive from the first message and the exchanges were very fluid. The apartment is perfect: clean, well appointed, nicely decorated with a very beautiful terrace which is a real asset for enjoying the southern climate. Parking is also a real plus. There is nothing missing in the apartment, it is very well equipped. In addition, its location in a quiet street, close to the beach, shops and restaurants allows you to do everything on foot (otherwise the bus is nearby). We thank Nathalie for providing an apartment in which we feel good upon arrival. We highly recommend it.

L'appartement est parfait : propre, bien agencé, joliment décoré avec une très belle terrasse qui est un réel atout pour profiter du climat du sud. Le parking est aussi un véritable plus.
Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement, il est très bien équipé.
De plus, sa location dans une rue calme, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants permet de tout faire à pied (sinon le bus est à côté).
