We had a great weekend in this villa. Enough space for the 9 of us, good equipment in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the location is superb. Contact with owners very good! We loved our stay here!
We rented it for one week at the beginning of August. The owners paid a particular attention to hygiene due to covid19m which is really appreciated. We were two families with in total 3 children and another family would easily fit the house.
The house was very spacious, very bright and modernly designed. Everything has been thought to make the families with children comfortable. It is close to sea-side 5-10 min; and a super market 10-15 min walking. There are couple of places to eat around and a close by patisserie. The city is very quite and nice and gives you the feeling of a relaxing family holiday atmosphere. It is easy to go to next village, which has more restaurants, by bike or walking.
Owners were very helpful and nice with everything we asked before and at the arrival. They provided a lot of useful info on what to do where in and around Ambleteuse. We also had a very good and positive exchange at our departure and smooth processing of all payments and other arrangements.
I would highly recommend this place.
We had a wonderful week in Hardelot. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was sunny and we loved the fact we could walk to the huge beach from the back gate. The area was great for us, we cycled everyday on the long cycle ways and the quiet back lanes.
All in all a perfect holiday !
An excellent property with great access to the beach, the town and the local area. In a very quiet location but walking distance to everything you need.
The property was very well maintained, with every comfort taken care of and really good lay out and room size. View from the back garden is superb and you could relax in the sunshine outside or watch the coast from behind the patio windows if you're unlucky with a wet day.
Would highly recommend this house to families with children of all ages.
The owner has made the rental experience extremely easy and provides all the information you could want (both before arrival and in a pack left in the house).
Liked it so much we have already enquired about booking again for next year!

We were very pleased with the house. Very clean and very well equiped. The location is superb. A very quiet area but within a few minutes walk of shops and restaurants. From the garden there is a path to the beach and dunes and if the weather is not so good a walk in the opposite direction takes you into the forest. Found plenty to do in the area and easy access onto the motorways for visiting Boulogne and LeTouquet. We would certainly return and recommend the villa for families who want a beach holiday with lots of other diversions.
Hello, we had a very nice holiday. The welcome from Katy and Bruno was very warm and uncomplicated. The house is in a beautiful location. Everything is clean and everything you need in a holiday home is there. The 3 bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is great for breakfast. Katy and Bruno are also available during the holiday and will help with any further questions. The town centre and the beach are very easy to reach on foot. A lovely holiday spot!!!
hallo, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Empfang von Katy und Bruno war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Es ist alles sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man so in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Die Terrasse bietet sich zum Frühstücken sehr gut an. Katy und Bruno sind auch während dem Urlaub erreichbar und helfen bei weiteren Fragen. Der Ortskern und der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Ein schöner Urlaubsort !!!
We rented this house for 2 weeks and were delighted and fully satisfied with our stay. The house is functional, very pleasant, family-friendly and well located. We really liked the careful maintenance of the accommodation, its layout, its decoration and the garden. The owner is very responsive. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would rent it again if we were to return to Camiers. Thanks again to the owner

Heerlijk huis, fantastische plek, hele grote tuin met uitzicht op de duinen en het bos. Rust en ruimte. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en komen zeker een keertje terug.

Nothing to say about the accommodation: very well located, everything you need on site, very pleasant accommodation, met our expectations, we had a great weekend, thank you to the owners. Small downside on the concierge service, I strongly recommend that you do not forget to empty the dishwasher (deadline time is a little short for complete drying before our departure), in fact in this case you will add 15? to the 85? cleaning already included in the rental. Before our departure we had cleaned and vacuumed everything (we don't like to make a home dirty), so very little to do for the concierge who didn't hesitate to charge us for emptying the dishwasher. I find it really disappointing Once again, apart from this little unexpected extra, the accommodation was really top notch..
Sur le logement rien à dire: très bien placé, tout le nécessaire sur place, logement très agréable, correspondait à nos attentes, nous avons passé un super weekend, merci aux propriétaires.
Petit bémol sur le service de conciergerie, je vous recommande vivement de ne pas oublier de vider le lave vaisselle (délais un peu juste pour le séchage total avant notre départ), en effet dans ce cas vous rajouterez 15€ au 85€ de ménage déjà compris dans la location. Avant notre départ nous avions tout nettoyé et passé l’aspirateur (nous n’aimons pas rendre un logement sale), donc très peu de chose à faire pour la conciergerie qui ne s’est pas gêné pour nous facturer le vidage du lave vaisselle. Je trouve ça vraiment décevant

The rental was perfect, nothing to complain about, well located, quiet, very well equipped, beautiful view, etc. On the other hand, the concierge service charged us 15 euros to empty a dishwasher that we had left running the morning of our departure (since we had to leave the accommodation at a certain time) even though 85 euros in cleaning fees had already been paid. asked, I find that a bit limiting. Knowing that we had vacuumed the entire accommodation and that everything was spotless, tidy and clean when we left, I find that a bit excessive. Otherwise, nothing to say about the house, it was very well equipped and met our expectations in every way.
La location était parfaite, rien à redire la dessus, bien située, au calme, très bien équipée, belle vue, etc. Par contre, le service de conciergerie nous a réclamé 15 euros pour vider un lave vaisselle que nous avions laissé tourner le matin de notre départ (puisque nous devions quitter le logement à une certaine heure) alors que 85 euros de frais de ménage avait déjà été demandé, je trouve ça un peu limite. Sachant que nous avions aspiré l'intégralité du logement et que tout était nickel, rangé et propre à notre départ, je trouve ça un peu abusé. Sinon pour la maison rien à dire elle était très bien équipée et correspondait à nous attente en tous points.
Very beautiful cottage, wonderfully equipped, functional, large, bright, comfortable. The jacuzzi appealed to the whole family. Very pleasant when the weather is not necessarily the best. A magnificent table. It looks like the house was built around this table, to highlight it. The week spent there will remain positively engraved in our memories. Le jacuzzi a séduit toute la famille. Très agréable quand le temps n'est pas forcément au top. Une table magnifique. On dirait que la maison a été construite autour de cette table, pour la mettre en valeur. La semaine passée là restera gravée positivement dans nos mémoires . Un grand merci pour la possibilité de partager ce lieu
