There is actually everything you need in the kitchen. The bedding is spotless. The cleaning is spotless! Simply, the bar in the profile photo flew away (lots of wind) and was not replaced. And the pool was at 20°.

This is the second time we have booked this exceptional property. Ideally located, this property is very clean, decorated with great taste. Nothing is missing in terms of comfort, dishes, bed linen and toiletries. In short, we would recommend it without any reservation. The only downside: the price...a 20% increase in 4 years!! Of course the quality is there but despite the volume of beds and the surface area, the property remains expensive. Kind regards. Mrs. L.
Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous réservons ce bien exceptionnel. Idéalement placé, ce bien est très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque en termes de confort, vaisselle, linge de lits et toilettes. Bref nous le recommanderions sans aucune réserve. Seul bémol : le prix...une augmentation de 20% depuis 4ans !! We had a great week in Gérard's house. It is well located, large, functional and very well equipped. Gérard lives upstairs but is very friendly and knows how to remain discreet. We will come back on occasion.

The house is very well located, pleasant and comfortable (air conditioning, washing machine, ...). We had all the necessary equipment to prepare our meals in quantity for 12 people. Quality Wifi connection, it is possible to telework. We spent our holidays on the terrace very close to the swimming pool and very well secured for children. The highlight of the stay was definitely Amador, the owner. He was attentive to every detail and took great care of us from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Our stay was perfect. La maison est très bien située, agréable et confortable (clim, lave linge, ...). Nous avions tout l'équipement nécessaire pour préparer nos repas en quantité pour 12 personnes. Connexion Wifi de qualité, il est possible de télétravailler. Nous avons passé nos vacances sur la terrasse toute proche de la piscine et très bien sécurisée pour les enfants.
Le point le plus fort du séjour est certainement Amador, le propriétaire. Il a été soucieux du moindre détail et à nos petits soins dès notre arrivée et tout le long de notre séjour.

we stayed in the villa salento, the owners are very friendly, we had an ideal stay, the swimming pool, and the accommodation were identical to the description, if one day we return to the region of puglia we would take this rental again without hesitation

Young and old alike enjoyed this large, comfortable house and its superb, completely enclosed garden just a stone's throw from magnificent beaches near the Pointe du Grouin. Note the kind attention of the hosts with toiletries available in each bathroom and games and toys available. A new play area for children at the "lighthouse" of St Coulomb, 5 minutes away by car, has just been inaugurated. Also a very nice visit to the aquarium of St Malo with places reserved on the internet and no waiting at the entrance. In short, a week that went by far too quickly!!?.. a big thank you to the owners!
Petits et grands ont apprécié cette vaste maison confortable et son superbe jardin complètement clos à deux pas de plages magnifiques près de la pointe du Grouin . À noter la gentille attention des hôtes avec des produits de toilette disponibles dans chaque salle de bain et des jeux et jouets à disposition . Un nouvel espace de jeux pour les enfants au « phare » de St Coulomb à 5’ en voiture vient d’être inauguré . Très belle visite aussi de l’aquarium de St Malo avec les places réservées sur internet et aucune attente à l’entrée . Bref une semaine bien trop vite passée !!….. un grand merci aux propriétaires !

We stayed with a group of friends in this villa the week of August. The villa is wonderful, very well kept. The location is fantastic: very close to the beaches of Salento. The owners, Roberta and her husband, are very kind people, always ready to answer any of our requests. Top holiday!

We rented this house for 2 weeks and were delighted and fully satisfied with our stay. The house is functional, very pleasant, family-friendly and well located. We really liked the careful maintenance of the accommodation, its layout, its decoration and the garden. The owner is very responsive. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would rent it again if we were to return to Camiers. Thanks again to the owner

Owners very available to our requests by email. A very well equipped, clean and very well located apartment. An attractive price for the summer. On the other hand, unbearable smells (of fuel) in some rooms downstairs (the bathrooms and the double bedroom) masked by the owners with perfume in the middle of the stay. A noise nuisance: noise of furniture and footsteps (shoes) on the upper level disturbing (6:30 in the morning or late at night).
Des propriétaires très disponibles à nos demandes par mail. Un appartement très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé. Un prix attractif pour l’été. Par contre, des odeurs insupportables (de fuel) dans certaines pièces du bas (les salles de bain et la chambre double) masquées par les propriétaires par du parfum en milieu de séjour. Une nuisance sonore : bruit de meubles et de pas (chaussures) au niveau supérieur dérangeant (6h30 du matin ou tard dans le début de nuit).
