Independent farmhouse with 16+2 sleeps.
Pio II 2 sleeps on the ground floor, there are a kitchen with oven, a small living room, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
Pio III 6 sleeps on the first floor, composed of a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a large living room with fireplace, two bathrooms and three double bedrooms .
Pio IV the owner's daughter lives in the apartment. This is a discreet presence who goes out in the morning and returns in the evening for work
Bellarmino 4 sleeps on the ground floor, there are a kitchen with oven, a living room with fireplace, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms.Suitable for disabled people .
In the outbuilding next to the house there are two double bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning and refrigerator service and the apartment Pio VI with 2+2 sleeps on the ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and microwave, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool ( 4x11 m , depth 1.20 m ), garden furniture, wi -fi games for kids, hammock, two built-in barbecue a laundry room with washing machine.

Breakfast , lunch / dinner with products of the property, extra cleaning.
NB it is considered less appropriate for couples with small children as the garden has no fence and the house is located near a road. The road is not particularly busy .
Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
