In a chalet with 8 apartments, Les Riffroids district, quiet, beautiful view, 350 meters from the village center, Champ Giguet and 250 meters from the ski slopes.
KITCHEN STAY: 15 m²:
KITCHEN CORNER: sink, 3-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, fondue set, elements with all the kitchen necessities.
LIVING ROOM: bench composed of 2 pull-out beds of 80, armchairs, television, French window opening onto an East balcony with garden furniture and parasol.
BEDROOM: 9 m², 1 double bed, 1 child bed, wardrobe, French window opening onto the west balcony.
BATHROOM: shower, sink unit, WC, small window.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Optional services not included:
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement (€25/week) to be paid on site
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Bank card deposit upon delivery of keys (500€)
To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- La Clusaz eXperience Pass: Alpes Immobilier, gives you a reduction on summer activities at the resort.
