The apartment is in a chalet ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle piste. Departure and return on skis.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Etale and Riffroids mountains.

ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all the rooms
KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, raclette set, units with all kitchen necessities (fondue set available in a local community)
LIVING ROOM: 18m², equipped with a single sofa bed, television, south/west window. Table and chairs on the terrace, parasol in summer.
BEDROOM 1: 11 m², 1 bed of 140, wardrobe, iron, west window.
BEDROOM 2: 15 m², 3 beds of 80, wardrobe, west window. Bathroom in the bedroom closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
BATHROOM: 4 m², bath, sink, W-C. Independent
For the summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays longer than 13 nights) and garden furniture
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and pick up at the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, package depending on the surface of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- Pass eXpérience La Clusaz: Alpes Immobilier, you benefit from a reduction on summer activities in the resort.
