Quiet, beautiful view of the Massif de l'Etale and Beauregard. Summer: access to a private heated pool (24C°) at the residence unsupervised.

- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
