Central with a nice spacious garden accessible via a balcony. The two large and comfortable bedrooms (bunk bed room) The kitchen is a bit small but functional. Very comfortable living room sofa Comfortable bathroom. It could be improved with the addition of the hairdryer and some more accessories for the kitchen and cleaning. Ms. Paola and her daughter are very kind and gave us lots of advice

apartment corresponding to the description of the announcement, very comfortable as a location and nice. Excellent base for visiting the 5 lands (only 15 minutes away by train) and the whole area. We also went to Genoa to visit the aquarium. The area is truly spectacular from a landscape point of view.

The apartment is delightful, with attention to detail with attention to furnishings, clean and welcoming. It is a surprise to find a graciously ruffled English garden on the first floor of an old house in the historic center. We had a very good time and, after 20 years of constant attendance in Levanto, we will take care of this citrus-scented corner of peace for our next visits. L'appartamento è delizioso, curato nei dettagli con attenzione all'arredamento, pulito e accogliente. E' una sorpresa trovare un giardinetto graziosamente arruffato all'inglese al primo piano di un'antica casa in pieno centro storico. Siamo stati molto bene e, dopo 20 anni di frequentazione assidua di Levanto, cureremo questo angolo di pace al profumo di agrumi per le nostre prossime visite. La signora Paola è una host accogliente e gentilissima che non manca di condividere le primizie locali. Grazie.
Armando immediately proved to be very helpful and above all a person with great care. Despite the current contingency of COVID-19, he has found the system to let us visit the main points of interest in the city, giving us many tips on what to do and where to eat. The house in line with what has been described, very large and well maintained, equipped with all comforts. Furthermore, the location is strategic to be able to go and explore the main points of interest such as the Palamaria island, the 5 terre, Portovenere and Lerici as it is very close to the embarkations and the main famous bays. Up to the last moment Armando made himself available for any of our needs. We will definitely return!
Armando si è dimostrato fin da subito molto disponibile e soprattutto una persona con grande cura. Nonostante la contingenza attuale del COVID-19 ha trovato il sistema di farci visitare i principali punti di interesse della città dandoci molti consigli su cosa fare e dove poter mangiare. La casa in linea con quanto descritto, molto ampia e ben tenuta, fornita di tutti i comfort. Inoltre la posizione è strategica per poter andare ad esplorare i principali punti di interesse come l'isola Palamaria, le 5 terre, Portovenere e Lerici in quanto si trova vicinissima agli imbarchi e dalle principali famose baie. Fino all'ultimo momento Armando si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Sicuramente ritorneremo!
How beautiful this apartment is! We stayed for a few days with my husband and our two dogs. It really feels like "home"! Tastefully decorated, welcoming, warm. It conveys a sense of love. In the center of Levanto, a few steps from the sea, shops, all services and, at the same time, quiet and with the feeling of being immersed in nature. Which really, thanks to the wonderful garden! The scent of lemons and cedars make you feel immersed in a priceless space. A special thanks to Paola, the owner, who is always present, is available in any situation .. Thank you, very warmly. Quanto è bello questo appartamento! Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni con mio marito e i nostri due cani. Ci si sente veramente a “casa“! Arredato con gusto, accogliente, caldo. Trasmette un senso di amore. In pieno centro di Levanto, a pochi passi dal mare, dai negozi, da tutti i servizi e, nello stesso tempo, tranquillo e con la sensazione di essere immersi nella natura. Cosa che realmente, grazie al meraviglioso giardino! Il profumo dei limoni e dei cedri fanno sentire immersi in uno spazio impagabile. It is a delightful accommodation for those who love living in the historic center. Well equipped the living area, a little less comfortable the sleeping area. The location at the back of the building guarantees a good tranquility. More than positive experience!
E' un alloggio delizioso per chi ama vivere il centro storico. Ben accessoriata la zona giorno, un pó meno confortevole la zona notte. La collocazione sul retro del palazzo garantisce una buona tranquillità. Esperienza più che positiva!
Very neat apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. The apartment is located in the city on a main road, but only during the day noticeable. At night, the refuse collection is on the way several times and also the neighboring skyscrapers cause a bit of unrest. Mr. Bonomi is a very nice and helpful landlord, who drove us right after our arrival through the city and has some hot spots and supermarkets (for us very important) has shown. For a short break to visit the area, the apartment is highly recommended. An unbeatable PLUS is the private underground parking a few steps away.
Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung im 5.Stock mit Fahrstuhl.Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse,die sich aber nur tagsüber bemerkbar macht.
Nachts ist die Müllabfuhr mehrfach unterwegs und auch die Nachbarhochhäuser sorgen für etwas Unruhe.
Herr Bonomi ist ein äusserst netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns nach unserer Ankunft gleich durch die Stadt gefahren hat und einige Hot-Spots sowie Supermärkte( für uns sehr wichtig )gezeigt hat.
Für einen Kurzurlaub um die Gegend zu besichtigen ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert. Ein unschlagbares PLUS ist die private Tiefgarage ein paar Schritte
entfernt.

We stayed 10 days, a family of 4 with children, a larger apartment than the one in the picture with a garden, located in the center of the village and very convenient for all services. The owner very kind and helpful, we had a great time. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with the main and valid equipment, small dining table but enough for 4 people. The car, a Levanto problem, can be parked anywhere thanks to the pass and access to the house is allowed for unloading luggage.
Siamo stati 10 giorni, famiglia di 4 persone con bambini, appartamento più grande di quello che sembra in foto con giardino, situato nel centro del paese e comodissimo per tutti i servizi.
Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati benissimo.
Letti comodi, cucina fornita delle principali e valide attrezzature, tavolo da pranzo piccolo ma sufficiente per 4 persone.
L’auto, un problema di Levanto, si può parcheggiare ovunque grazie al pass ed è consentito l’accesso alla casa per lo scarico dei bagagli.
Very functional apartment that has a real soul, it feels like home. Mr Bonomi is not an owner like the others, he is warm and close to people. He did everything for the success of our stay, he drove us with his vehicle to make a great tour of the city during which he gave us tips, tricks and good addresses (where to enjoy a good ice cream, events or La Spezia celebrations ...) We spent 2 weeks in this apartment and there is no shortage of things to visit in this region: the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pisa, Lucca and a little further Florence. Personally, we have a small crush for the arrival by boat on the Cinque Terre, a bit expensive but it is really worth it !!! This is an address that we recommend without hesitation.

Mr Bonomi n'est pas un propriétaire comme les autres, il est chaleureux et proche des gens .
Il a mis tout en œuvre pour la réussite de notre séjour, il nous a conduit avec son véhicule pour faire un grand tour de la ville pendant lequel il nous a donné des conseils, astuces et bonnes adresses ( où déguster une bonne glace, évènements ou fêtes de La Spezia...)
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement et il ne manque pas de chose à visiter dans cette région : les Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pise, Lucca et un peu plus loin Florence..
Personnellement, nous avons un petit coup de cœur pour l'arrivée en bateau sur les Cinque Terre, un peu cher mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine !!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation that Mr B. offers. An apartment of 85 m2, spacious, bright, fully equipped, in a very quiet residence. The beds are made upon arrival; the linen (bath towels, towels, tea towels ...) is provided. This apartment is ideally placed to do everything on foot; close to the historic center of La Spezia (about 15 min walk); close to the port (about 20 min walk) to take the boat to Cinque Terre and Portovenere; close to the railway station (30 min walk, or with bus N ° 5 which is 20 meters from the residence) to make the trip to Pisa, or the Cinque Terre; and finally close (15 min walk) to a large shopping center where you can find many restaurants and shops ....... In addition, it has a parking space, in a garage in the basement secure; very appreciable and rare in La Spezia. What to say about the owner! He is not a renter like the others; we had the right to a warm welcome. He is of rare kindness. In love with his region, he has only one desire: to share the charms of his city and its surroundings.Anxious that we spend an excellent stay, on our arrival, he made us discover the city by car; give us advice and answer all our questions; and this in excellent French. In short, we had a great stay, and we highly recommend this rental hoping to return one day! A big THANK YOU to Mr B.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hébergement que Mr B. propose.
Un appartement de 85 m2, spacieux, lumineux, tout équipé, dans une résidence très calme. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée; le linge de maison (Draps de bain, serviettes, torchons…) est fourni.
Cet appartement est idéalement bien placé pour tout faire à pied; proche du centre-ville historique de la Spezia (environ 15 min à pied); proche du port (environ 20 min à pied) pour prendre le bateau vers les Cinque Terre et Portovenere; proche de la gare ferroviaire (30 min à pied, ou alors avec le bus N° 5 qui se prend à 20 mètres de la résidence) pour faire le trajet vers Pise, ou les Cinque Terre ; et enfin proche (15 min à pied) d’un grand centre commercial où l’on peut trouver de nombreux restaurants et boutiques…….
De plus, il possède une place de parking, dans un garage en sous-sol sécurisé; très appréciable et rare à La Spezia.
Que dire du propriétaire! Ce n’est pas un loueur comme les autres; nous avons eu le droit à un accueil chaleureux. Il est d’une gentillesse rare. Amoureux de sa région, il n’a qu’une envie : nous faire partager les charmes de sa ville et des environs. Soucieux que l’on passe un excellent séjour, à notre arrivée, il nous a fait découvrir la ville en voiture ; nous a donner des conseils et a répondu à toutes nos questions ; et ce dans un excellent français.
Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons vivement cette location en espérant y retourner un jour !
