Perfect accommodation really very beautiful and well maintained. Ideally placed to visit the Cinque Terre and La Spezia and its surroundings. Armando is a host who knows how to receive, put you at ease and speak French very well. Go there with your eyes closed.

Un appartement très bien situé à La Spezia, proche des arrêts de bus, à une vingtaine de minutes de la gare et du port, c’est Idéal pour visiter la Ligurie et ses magnifiques paysages des Cinque Terre à Portovenere ou Lerici. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Monsieur B. est un hôte très attentionné qui prend soin de ses locataires. Nous avons eu droit à la visite de la ville, la livraison du pain, les conseils utiles pour les visites. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Seul bémol, dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas accessible depuis l’appartement dont le point fort est la place de parking. Bref un joli pied à terre en Ligurie ...
Apartment very well equipped and comfortable, in a very quiet and well located building, shops and small supermarket on the street: the city center is not far walk (about 15 minutes). Underground garage, very convenient to leave the car. Possibility of driving easily and quickly by bus, especially to take the train to the Cinque Terre. Very welcome from the owner on arrival: after giving us bread, he took us for a ride in his car and showed us the city center, the train station, the large shopping center (close to the apartment), and took the time to climb a little higher to admire the panorama of the city and the Gulf of Poets. He also told us the sites to visit in the area, where there is so much to see. Thank you Mr B. for this very good week!
Appartement très bien équipé et confortable, dans un immeuble très calme et bien situé, magasins et petit supermarché dans la rue: le centre ville n'est pas loin à pied (environ 15 minutes). Garage souterrain, très pratique pour laisser la voiture. Possibilité de circuler facilement et rapidement en bus, notamment pour aller prendre le train direction les Cinque-Terre. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire à l'arrivée: après nous avoir offert du pain, il nous a emmené faire un tour dans sa voiture et nous a montré le centre ville, la gare, le grand centre commercial (proche de l'appartement), et a pris le temps de nous faire monter un peu plus haut pour admirer le panorama sur la ville et le Golfe des Poètes. Il nous a aussi indiqué les sites à visiter dans la région, où il y a tant à voir. Merci Monsieur B. pour cette très bonne semaine!
The house was comfortable and comfortable with enjoyable outdoor space and sweeping views. The only flaw is the distance from the sea but Mr., Roberto, however very kind and very helpful, gave us a pass for the car and tickets for the shuttle from the sea. We had a great holiday.
La casa era comoda e confortevole con spazio esterno godibile e una stupenda vista.
L'unica pecca la distanza dal mare ma il Sig, Roberto, peraltro gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha fornito un pass per l'auto e i biglietti per la navetta dal mare.

Very welcome on arrival. The owner guided us to the secure garage near the housing. We then visited the air conditioned and well equipped apartment, dish towels and towels provided, bed made, all necessary products for the use of equipment (dishwasher, washing machine etc ...). The next morning Mr. B brought us fresh bread and made us visit with his personal car all the strategic and useful points for our holidays and explained to us the operation of the different means of transport and the starting points. The apartment is located 20 minutes walk from the city center, 30 minutes from the central station, 20 minutes from the secondary station and 10 minutes from the shopping center "le Terrazze " (restaurants and shops). Cleaning is included in the rent, a real worry-free holiday. Thank you, Mr B.
Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire nous a guidé jusqu'au garage sécurisé à proximité du logement. Nous avons ensuite visité l'appartement climatisé et bien équipé, torchons vaisselle et linge de toilette fournis, lit fait, tous produits nécessaires à l'utilisation des équipements (lave vaisselle, machine à laver etc...).
Le lendemain matin Monsieur B nous a apporté du pain frais et nous a fait visiter avec sa voiture personnelle tous les points stratégiques et utiles pour nos vacances et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des différents moyens de transport et les points de départ. L'appartement est situé à 20 mns à pieds du centre ville, 30 mns de la gare centrale, 20 mns de la gare secondaire et à 10 mns du centre commercial "le Terrazze" (restaurants et tous commerces). Le ménage est inclus dans le loyer, de vraies vacances sans souci. Un grand merci Monsieur B.

First thanks to Armando for his availability. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It has the advantage of having private closed parking in the city. The bus passes at the foot of the building and leads to the train station in 20min. Very convenient to visit the 5 lands and Genoa. The only downside: we hear a little traffic even if the room overlooks a small street. Nevertheless we were very satisfied with the place.

Il a l'avantage d'avoir un parking fermé privé en pleine ville. Le bus passe au pied de l'immeuble et conduit à la gare en 20min. Très pratique pour visiter les 5 terres et Gênes.
Le seul petit bémol: on entend un peu la circulation même si la chambre donne sur une petite rue.
Néanmoins nous avons été très satisfaits de l'endroit.

We feasted during this week in Levanto. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and very quiet despite being in the city center: the windows overlook beautiful gardens, filled with lemon and orange trees (a real feast for the eyes too!) And more than respectable: we have not needed to use the car during our stay, because the apartment is (walking) 5 minutes from the train station to Cinque Terre, 2 minutes from the center of Levanto, very nice , 5 minutes from the beach. And thank you again for the very warm welcome from Paola and her husband! We have already recommended the address to friends ....

L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et aménagé et très très calme bien qu'étant en centre ville : les fenêtres donnent sur de magnifiques jardins, remplis de citronniers et d'orangers (un vrai régal pour les yeux aussi ! )
Et plus qu'appréciable: nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture pendant tout notre séjour, car l'appartement est ( à pied) à 5mn de la gare pour Cinque Terre, à 2mn du centre ville de Levanto, très agréable , à 5mn de la plage.
Et merci encore pour l'accueil extrêmement sympathique de Paola et de son mari !

We loved it here and for welcoming Mr. Lorenzo, is for the apartment that matches the description. Lovely place transparent sea and the weather, which last week made the villain in most of Italy, was on our side. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l'accoglienza del sig. Lorenzo, sia per l'appartamento che corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Posto incantevole mare trasparente e il tempo, che la settimana scorsa ha fatto il briccone in quasi tutta Italia, è stato dalla nostra parte. Non avevo mai fatto weekend, ma posso senza dubbio dire che quello trascorso a Levanto è stato indimenticabile.

When we arrived, we were immediately won over by the beauty and tranquility of the site. The private terrace with a view overlooking the sea and mountains, and the private and closed parking are strong points of the rental. The apartment is functional and comfortable. The double bed room has a very good bedding. Nothing is missing for a pleasant holiday near the "Five Earth " where the first town (Monterosso) is just 8 minutes by train from Bonassola Train Station. You can reach the train station and the beach on foot through a path in 20 min. The owner Roberto is a friendly person, very helpful and friendly! He sent us all necessary information to find the location of his home. We would be happy to stay longer !! A next year, ROBERTO ....

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été immédiatement conquis par la beauté et le calme du site.
La terrasse privée offrant une vue plongeante sur la mer et les montagnes, ainsi que le parking privé et fermé sont des points forts de la location. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Le lit double de la chambre est doté d'une très bonne literie. Rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances à proximité des "Cinq Terre" où la première ville (MONTERROSSO) est à seulement 8 min en train depuis la gare de Bonassola. On peut rejoindre la gare et la plage à pieds par un sentier en 20 min. Le propriétaire ROBERTO est une personne accueillante, serviable et très sympathique! Il nous a adressé toutes les indications utiles pour trouver l'emplacement de sa maison.
Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !!

We stayed at Ca Gialla wonderful and memorable vacation. Our landlord, Roberto Montanari, has proved to be extremely friendly, generous and prudent hosts.
We have encountered a large, bright and very clean apartment, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, weekly clean linen and also even with perfect electronic equipment (Wifi, TV). A small, intimate garden and terrace with fantastic views over the sea and herb for its own use were very pleasant and additional extras that you can not expect anywhere.
We were very pleased with the apartment and will be happy to recommend them!
Wir haben in Ca gialla wunderschöne und unvergessliche Ferien verbracht. Unser Vermieter , Roberto Montanari, hat sich als überaus freundlicher, großzügiger und umsichtiger Gastgeber erwiesen.
Wir haben eine große, helle und sehr saubere Wohnung angetroffen, mit bequemen Betten, einem geräumigen Bad, wöchentlich frischer Wäsche und zudem noch mit perfekter elektronischer Ausstattung (Wifi, TV). Ein kleiner, intimer Garten und die Terrasse über dem Meer mit phantastischem Blick und Kräuterbeet zur eigenen Nutzung waren zusätzliche und sehr angenehme Extras, die man nicht überall erwarten kann.
Wir waren mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und werden sie gerne weiterempfehlen!
