The villa is situated just one kilometer outside Cercal and a fifteen minute drive away from the coastal resort of Villa Nova De Milfontes. This is an ideal location to explore the hidden delights of this unspoilt area of Portugal.

The property sits in a 1000 m² walled garden offering perfect privacy. There is a 10 x 6 metre pool,outside seating areas and a purpose built BBQ.

The ground floor of the mill consists of a cosy lounge with a woodburner for those cooler months. On the first floor there is an ensuite bedroom with a super king size bed and a Juliet balcony offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside. In the basement there is a single bedroom with bunk beds, adjacent to which there is a toilet and wash basin. Across the patio is an annex with a large kitchen/diner, a summer kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a rain forest shower.

The center of Cercal in about one kilometer distance offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday: restaurants, cafes, an ATM and shopping facilities.
