You can also arrive via Faro or Seville airport.
Da EN125, eixo principal da região no sentido oeste-leste, e também da autoestrada A22 (saída 12), chega-se a Vilamoura em poucos minutos através de bons acessos rodoviários. A estação de comboio da Linha do Algarve, uma linha ferroviária de via única, situa-se fora da localidade, mas a empresa EVA Transportes assegura boas ligações rodoviárias com autocarros a partir de várias paragens.
Pode ainda chegar através do aeroporto de Faro ou de Sevilha.
