It is comfortable, functional, clean and well equipped, its location is ideal (5 minutes walk from the sea and local shops).
The shaded terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, is spacious and very pleasant.
The residence is very quiet and well maintained, the swimming pool a real plus.
The person in charge of giving us the keys is adorable and very available, we appreciated his responsiveness to meet our needs.
For the 3 and a half weeks, the rental price remains reasonable and the owner listens to her tenants.
The welcome bottle is also a pleasure.
I recommend this rental and would not hesitate to come back if I plan to return to Cap d'Agde

Quiet residence. Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Nice terrace. Real plus with the large and well-maintained swimming pool. Sea close to the residence. Shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a very pleasant stay in this wonderful apartment and were also made very welcome by the person in charge of handing over the keys and who left us an immaculately clean apartment (and I tried to do the same in our departure because I would like to re-let this apartment in the future). We lacked absolutely nothing. Swimming pool close by as well as the sea and everything you need for a successful holiday around the residence. Really very very satisfied with our stay!
